Do NOT GO HERE. They do not have medium rare blizzards. Only medium well. So unless you want to funnel pistachios, I would recommend going elsewhere for your chicken nuggies

Had to go behind the counter to get our ice cream that was melting. No one to tell us which blizzard is which. I can't eat certain candy. Had to get another spoon. Had to speak loudly no one working front counter. About 6 sitting at table etc. No one tipped my blizzard upside down so it should have been free.

This review is a result of an order on Sunday April6, 2025. I purchases a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I picked it up and left. When I started to eat. I thought it tasted a little funny. But the next bite didn't. About halfway through got the odd taste again and decided that it was probably not in the best interest to finish it. I called to report that I felt the cheese cake was spoiled. And I was met well it isn't we just opened it. Its a fresh box. I said we'll not long after I ate it I started have bad stomach issues. And the only thing I had ate was that. She informed me they would contact the supplier. No apologies no let's make it up with a free or discounted blizzard. Fine what ever. Today I have lose of appetite, chills, stomach cramps and other issues from the food poisoning. So be careful if you order cheese cake and if something tastes off take it back.

Nobody at this location knows what they’re doing.We had 3 burgers come out wrong one having onion on it when we stressed about an onion allergy then got attitude when we informed them all 3 burgers was made wrong will never be back to this location

Order 5 mini blizzards. The first one had the entire bottom filled with liquid marshmallow. They didn’t even mix it. Really gross. The Java was liquid. The mint ones were only half way full. Definitely not worth $23.

The night crew tonight was very unfriendly (except for the new hire working the window). Had to circle around to make sure they were open bc I waited for someone to speak for so long. Had to chew the chunks of ice in my milkshake. Workers looked miserable and the new hire seemed nervous and stressed to speak to anyone there for help. She was very nice though. Hopefully it gets better /:
