Excellent service at this location! Very quick to take our order, and the food came out just as quickly. The guy at the window was polite and served everything with a smile! The Blizzard test was performed successfully, so I was very pleased! Thanks for the good service and good food! We didn't go inside, so no real judgment on the atmosphere.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake today June 10 2025 and it was like a glass of 2% milk and tasted totally bland - I don't think there was any ice cream in it. You need to train your staff how to make them. This is the second time I have ordered a milk shake and it was the same. I said nothing the first time but now I am just throwing money out the window for a watery shake and enough is enough.

The blizzard that the gentleman handed me was amazing, but I can hear some music coming out of his headphones, and I noticed that he was listening to MIKE SHERM i was concerned about his mental health and i asked him why would he ever listen to MIKE SHERM in this day in age then he goes on to reply to me and tell me he likes his music😱😱😲😯!!!! I was out of breath i couldn’t believe my ears i was so offended by this comment i hope his manager will have a word with him! Im in disgust! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!!

Charged for #1 got #3 with small shake 15$ . Burger was ok could have gotten more at sonic with same quality . Ice cream melted within 10 mins . Usually like dq maybe it’s just inflation ?

The lady who was taking my order at the drive thru was rude and not attentive to my order. I had to keep repeating myself. Her tone of voice was very unwelcoming so I just pulled out. Won’t be back to this location. She stated the manager name on dury was Daisy. Not sure is she’s aware of this poor customer service.

They would have gotten a 5 star rating on service if it was actually fast. Literally took 19-20 minutes to get a slushy and the Korean wings box. And the guy was rude - pull forward. Manners were seriously lacking.
