I had a very bad experience, they no longer serve the food as before, the service has deteriorated a lot, I asked for a jug of panela water which they brought me full of only ice, the dishes are no longer like before, terrible experience

The food is good but the service is terrible, the waiters are sitting and do not serve you, they are on the phone or talking, terrible service, the employees need to be better trained in customer service

Super delicious food, a very pleasant atmosphere, good service from the waiters, it was really worth going a little out of my way, I'm traveling from Colorado and I'm on my way to Florida!! I wanted to eat something from my land and seeing their Paisa tray on Google brought me to this place because it looked incredible and their dish really was incredible. The spectacular flavor...100% recommended, thank you very much

I have already come to eat several times and the quality of the food has gone down, I went to eat and they gave me some fritters that were not even freshly made and they gave them burnt and old, I also ordered a tray paisa and the rice was also old and it didn't taste good, how sad to see how before there was better quality food and now they only give you reheated and tasteless food.

The service was terrible, upon arriving at the premises the employees were fighting to decide who would serve the tables today! I find it somewhat unpleasant to have to see that uncomfortable moment and to have to go through that bad time ? my mojarra was not that tasty! They should have refiled juices or serve it in a larger glass!!

The food was delicious, the service was good & I would have given 5/5 but when looking at my receipt later, very carefully, I was charged $1 extra for my Arepa De Pollo, why? I usually look very carefully but this slipped by me because i was enjoying myself. The menu price said one thing but receipt something else. $1 isn't much but it overshadowed how good my food, the atmosphere & service was. ?
