We had our son’s rehearsal dinner there last night. Demos’ has always been his favorite restaurant. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious! The service was exceptional! Thank you Rachel for taking such great care of our family and friends! Highly recommend!!

We have eaten here many times and it was amazing. However, today, my house band and I stopped in for a late lunch. He had the lasagna. It was NOT the lasagna we have had in the past. It looked like they had stacked the noodles with only meat in between and put marinara sauce on top. There wasn’t even sauce in the meat and there was not a layer of any cheese. I had the ribeye sandwich. The ribeye was way overcooked. It was one slice of meat that was about the thickness of a slice of bologna. It definitely did not even taste like ribeye. We don’t mind paying more for good food but paying for food that I could only eat 3 bites of.

Friday the 15th felt like Friday the 13! 3 out of 4 senior citizens ordered the salad. 3 out of 4 got food poisoning to the worse extreme and hour after leaving. They went to bathroom 3 to 4 times within 15 minutes each. Not only was food cold but portions were minimal...thank God! Horrible experience.

We love Demos'. We frequently drive 2 hours for great steaks and food, wonderful service, and hometown atmosphere.
The waitresses voice drove me crazy and she wasn't very good. Their food was ok....not what I've always heard it to be. I wouldn't go back.

This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We ordered dinner from Demos using UberEats and the entire order was a mess when it arrived. The soup had spilled all over the bag and onto the rest of the food. Everything was soggy and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, I ordered the 13 ounce chicken tender meal and was clearly given the smaller portion. When I reached out to UberEats support, they only gave me two dollars back which does not even cover the difference in the meal size. That refund was a joke.
It is clear that Demos either does not care about delivery customers or is not communicating with Uber at all. Since there is no other way to get their attention, I am leaving this review in hopes that someone at the restaurant takes responsibility. If this is the level of service they are comfortable with, I will not be ordering again.

I was charged a up charge for a change in lunch special and was not told about it until I questioned the ticket. Talked to two managers about it and was told that the upgrade was normal but it was not told me and it was not on the menu. All over a $4 over a up charge.
