My husband just sat in the parking lot for an hour and twenty mins. The app said 28 mins to pick up. He drove up and the smart### kid at the window said did you look at your app. They had not even started the pizza. Will never go to this location again !!!

Put in our order at 4pm for a 7pm delivery. At 7:05 get a text saying They canceled our order, called in to figure out why and they said the driver tried calling but I had no missed phone calls. Manager put me on hold and left me there instead of telling me what happened or any solutions. I was willing to drive to the store and pick it up. Horrible customer service
Ordered a chicken Alfredo bowl, and there was barely enough noodles and chicken to cover the bottom of the dish, when we called the store to talk to a manager she was very rude and mentioned that they weigh all of their items and said that it was a normal serving size
