I've used this Domino's the last 4 years I've lived here. On Halloween, they were running the promotion for the emergency pizza. I ordered, was quoted 8-13 minutes. Show up 45 minutes later and my pizza has not even been put in the oven. The store was already packed full of angry people. So I asked them to void my order and left. I figured this would also void my emergency pizza order, so a few days later I made a new order. Never received the promotion. Neither has my partner, who did not have the cancel the order. The online customer service option didn't get me very far.
Since I didn't have my emergency pizza, I PAID for one tonight. I order a New York Style pizza, get it (late again) and it's not even a New York Style Pizza. Again. I resort to the online customer service, which wants you to provide every single detail about the store before you can move forward. Used the option it provides to lookup the store, and went to input the info. But they offer no reasonable option to select a store, so you have to press the back button and it deleted all the progress I had spent trying to complain. Not to mention, they charge for pepper and cheese now. Domino's is a joke. I'll pay for Jets which is better quality down the street and doesn't screw up everything I order.

Worst damn dominos wouldn't recommend my mom came on Friday and they made her pizza wrong twice then I came the next day to get something they make some wings that look like somebody just put a few dots on the wings and went on with their day. Normally if I have heard a place has messed up twice with an order I just won't go so I won't have to deal with it but I didn't know until after the fact when having to complain to my mom about the trifling wings that I was given. Terrible Job!!

I always order a gluten free pizza and have been very pleased for 3 years. But lately, not so much. The pizzas have been undercooked with skimpy toppings. Last night I asked for extra cheese and got less than usual. For the 2nd time, it was cut in small squares. The pizza is too small for that. Something has changed, and not for the better. Hope this will help you to improve. I’ll keep ordering occasionally.

False advertising on $6.99 National Coupon for LG 2 topping pizza at this location other locations had no problem. No longer trust this location won’t be back! One pizza came out correct the other did not! I’ve ordered this same order from other locations with no problem and no price increase.
My order consisted of Alfredo sauce, extra cheese and normal chicken and they said it was $4 more dollars. That’s only 2 toppings. Even the app was manipulated at this locations unlike other domino’s stores.
Then changed the order up due to the price increase to honor the $6.99 deal, too just extra Alfredo sauce and extra cheese. No chicken Same problem still overcharging with coupon price.
After talking over the phone with an employee of there’s they corrected the issue on there end which was much appreciated but still unethical for a business not to honor something that advertises on there app or in store. Sorry to be petty over pizza but there’s bigger picture here I just don’t like thieves and liars. This Location needs to correct this and make it right with people who they have done wrong by.
I’m really hoping this is a system error and not person behind this mistake. If so will be gladly to remove post and make it right with 5 star review. Really love how close this location is to me but will drive the distance to support an honest business.

Dukes is by far one of the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with. Not only did he use profanity on the phone. He would not waive more than a delivery fee for his companies mistakes. I will always be ordering from the northfield/memorial location. Andrew, the manager there, is much more professional and takes care of business the way it should be.

Use to go to Little Ceasar after bad experience and not first time I'm done with them.Domino has really upped their game. Domino is so much better. When I get it delivered they pizza was hot and good. Any food we get from the has been good. So good bye Little Ceasar hello Domino. You won me over.

They got almost every aspect of my order wrong. App said it was delivered but it wasn’t. Hotel manager said they hadn’t seen the driver but Shift Manager said they attempted to deliver it. Brought back poorly made pizzas and half cooked stuffed cheesy breads. Thin crust was supposed to be cut like a pie. Pan was supposed to have salami on it. I wasn’t happy and I usually love Domino’s
