My pizza wait time which told me would be 10-20 minutes ended up being 40 minutes.
Once I finally got my pizza, I asked if I could pay for a garlic sauce cup. A good customer service would have given the $1.09 cup to me as complimentary for waiting double the time. Still, it’s a $1.09 so whatever. Well the card reader had an issue and they ended up making me wait an additional 5 minutes so I could pay the dollar for the garlic cup… got home and the garlic sauce had clearly gone bad.
Pizza was good though.

Food safety is my number priority, and just the fact that dog treats are at the window let's me know that this establishment does not prioritize food safety for their customers. Numerous times recently, I have had to return meals due to employees not handling food properly and not keeping ingredients separate. So since now I know they also serve dogs, THIS WILL NOT BE A CHOICE.

Amanda will mark the order as completed and she never delivered the pizza after two hours of waiting. After the order was canceled she showed up with the pizza, told her she can take her pizza with her. Jets pizza gave me a way better service.

I have so rarely had a single bad experience with this location! The food is always fresh and just the way it was ordered! They are always so nice when we pick up because I don’t have the money to tip. I appreciate how fast and friendly the delivery drivers are and I promise we always order at the worst times so I could understand! I hope they know how much they mean to us!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Pricing for this Pizza has gotten absolutely ridiculous! A simple medium pizza with a couple of upgrades is now over 25.00. This is the second order in a row I have cancelled after seeing how ridiculous this cheap high margin food cost nowadays.
I'll go anywhere else - and have been. Look at how often I used to order and how I never do now. It doesn't bother me any. There's too many people selling pizza in this town to be getting ripped off by a corporate giant that should have better prices. Drop your Biden prices Dominos. ;)
I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and they left the bbq sauce off of the pizza twice. Embarrassing.

Domino's did a wonderful job in making my pizza yesterday, and I must give a shout out to Miss Hannah since she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my order, answered any questions I had and of course the food was made to perfection. So, of y'all want good pizza just go to Domino's on Fortress and ask for Hannah.

Waited 40 mins for a cold pizza

I've used this Domino's the last 4 years I've lived here. On Halloween, they were running the promotion for the emergency pizza. I ordered, was quoted 8-13 minutes. Show up 45 minutes later and my pizza has not even been put in the oven. The store was already packed full of angry people. So I asked them to void my order and left. I figured this would also void my emergency pizza order, so a few days later I made a new order. Never received the promotion. Neither has my partner, who did not have the cancel the order. The online customer service option didn't get me very far.
Since I didn't have my emergency pizza, I PAID for one tonight. I order a New York Style pizza, get it (late again) and it's not even a New York Style Pizza. Again. I resort to the online customer service, which wants you to provide every single detail about the store before you can move forward. Used the option it provides to lookup the store, and went to input the info. But they offer no reasonable option to select a store, so you have to press the back button and it deleted all the progress I had spent trying to complain. Not to mention, they charge for pepper and cheese now. Domino's is a joke. I'll pay for Jets which is better quality down the street and doesn't screw up everything I order.

This is the best Domino’s ever! They always make great, fresh pizzas, and they get my order exactly right every time. Super fast good service as well. They’ve saved my life many a time on late work nights. :)
