These people act like they are afraid to put sauce and toppings on the pizzas. I was so disappointed because not even my toddlers would eat it the pizza was so dry and not edible however the cinnamon sticks and parmesan bites were good and fresh.

Was super helpful when we thought our pizza was raw when the oven just cooks it that way. Still got us a new pizza even though nothing was technically wrong with the first one. It took a while, but we did order on a holiday so I'm sure they were just busy.Thanks E (don't wanna blast whole names on Google) for the great service and thank you to both delivery drivers today! Wish we could have tipped more!

Everything is great, on service, on delivery, actions are perfect, but 6 dollars that does not go to the driver, is a nope moment. Delivery fee is a full stop. I would rather give the money directly to the driver.

Not sure who i spoke to, but i placed a small order and have been waiting for quite some time, the tracker said my food was done over an hr ago now, and then when it finally said on its way they said ANOTHER 30 minutes!! F.W.I i live about ³/⁴ of a mile away from the store itself, i called and finally got a human on the phone and after a good 15 mins on hold, while he "searched" for my order?!?! ?♂️ he came back on the phone and started claiming that my order was STILL waiting to be picked up by the delivery driver, keep in mind, we pay extra for the delivery for convenience, if its not convenient, why am i paying extra money?!?! ? and here it is almost two hours later and i STILL havent received my order, the gentleman on the phone did NOT offer any reassurances, or way to fix anything! I asked to speak to a manager and claimed hed have to look around for one. Look i understand when were shorthanded or dont have decent help, but my food has been just sitting there for 90 minutes ? whose gonna wanna pay much less eat this cold food im still waiting on??? Treat your customers better!! If theres a problem, then offer a solution. Instead of just denying yalls own screw up! Thanks ?

Ordered online ver easily. Walked in to pick up and every staff member greeted me very nicely. Our food was excellent. No complaints. Very happy with the food and service. I will definitely be back! My kids loved the pizza as well!
I sat outside for 20 plus minutes waiting on my curbside delivery. I watched three other curb side orders end up going in and getting their order which is what i ended up doing. If you can't manage curb side properly, don't offer it. If the check out girl wasn't busy smiling, giggling, & being overly friendly with the men checking out.... she may have time to actually do the curb side. ?♀️?♀️ if this was a one off, i wouldn't complain. But just four nights ago i ordered 90$ worth of pizza and they sent out the sides without sending any of the pizza out. Smh...

I personally don’t like dominos but my husband loves it and it’s near us so we order takeout. We’re so close so our order shouldn’t have sat long at all, but our order was horrible. We asked for extra sauce and on regular tossed crust. This for a fact was thin crust and what sauce??? Like what was going on that our order was this horrible….this is why I hate ordering dominos… the service and food are never satisfactory for me

Good pizza and other food options - as usual. HOWEVER, I can't say that I have EVER ordered a pizza from here that has actually been sliced all the way. There is always connected crusts. They either need to get new pizza cutters or take a few milliseconds of extra time and effort to fully slice the pizzas.Parking: Limited number of spots shared with nearby offices and a Starbucks
2 times now, the dominoes app has messed up and given this store our order, instead of the warrior drive location. Even though we are closer to Warrior drive. The 1st time they still kindly delivered it. Which I greatly appreciated. The second time, they just canceled the order. They called and left a voice-mail but I couldn't hear it at all. So I called the store and they told me they had canceled the order. They didn't even give me the opportunity to pick it up instead. They literally just threw away good pizza, as I had watched the dominoes tracker go through all the steps right up to the delivery point before they canceled the order. It was not good customer service, especially now I have to tell my hangry toddler to wait another extra hour for dinner while I make it. You guys suck.

Done with this Dominos location. Gave a second chance due to previous issues because I like Dominos pizza. My app said pizzas out of oven at 4:02, but almost 5:00 and no pizzas, called store and they said waiting on driver to pick up. I said I don’t want pizzas sitting in a box for almost an hour and I just cancelled the order. They are 6 minutes from my house. What a joke.
