We were missing an item from our order and when I called to ask for a refund on that specific item I was told I could only have store credit. I told them we rarely eat pizza so we’re not interested in a store credit to which I was told they would void the entire order and then re charge the order minus the missing item with my credit card information over the phone. We all know a refund takes several days to process so I’d be out double the money for their mistake. There was no desire to make it right. Also, the quality of the pizza was terrible. It’s hard and the cheese is cold. It tasted and looked like it’s been sitting out for a few hours. Would not order from this location in the future.
The past few times the pizza has not been up to standards. The manager, John has taken care of it, and made it right. Most nights we are just ordering cheese pizza for our youngest.
One was burnt straight thru and another had a piece of something stuck on it.

Ryleigh was so helpful. She helped me find the right coupons and was very nice the whole time on the phone. It is a busy Friday night and she didnt mind being helpful.

The quality has gone down hill. They need sharper pizza cutters here but whomever replies to the reviews, says they'll get their team to fix it but it's been a year and the customers are still having the same problem. Hell, at this point I'll buy some pizza cutters for the store.
Everyone is pretty nice expcept for Anna she’s rude and sarcastic and derogatory ….all there a drivers every time I order have a smell ….I am easy going church going person …it’s very rare that I complain …but it has to stop hygiene is important…please don’t send a driver to my door KNOWING they smell and you continue to let them reliever and don’t say anything that’s gross !!!! It’s too much going on in this world for hygiene to be one more thing to worry about ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE HANDLING YOUR FOOD 🤢🤮 GET NEW DRIVERS PLEASE THEY ALL SMELL TERRIBLE and I mean this is the nicest way possible but it’s gross….I don’t want to smell anything but pizza when it arrives not the driver and receive bad customer service

I ordered 2 pizzas to carry home with me. When I finished placing my order, I told the cashier that I was in the parking lot. 30 minutes later I called him to check on my pizzas. He evidently forgot about me. The food was cool when it got home.

This trip I was very disappointed (10/31/24). I ordered my food at approximately 3:45 pm and left to get my pizza (takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to the location). I got there checked in and waited and waited and waited. I finally asked one of the delivery drivers if he could check on my pizza which he did and came back and told me there was nothing for me. He then asked I'm assuming it was a manager who came out and told me it was still on the "too make line" and that they had gotten very busy. I saw several people come and go with their orders. Finally almost an hour later (and I had checked on line and my pizza was ready but no one had brought it to the car) there was a gentleman that brought it out. When I complained that they'd gotten busy and he was sorry, all he offered me was a soft drink. If I would not have been had family waiting and my two dogs in the car, I would have complained more and demanded my order be free. I understand getting busy but when I ordered and got there and waited almost 15 minutes before finally asking someone, I think that is VERY POOR customer service and my food should have been comped me. I am still very upset about it.
