Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of the employees Gaines. I always get fast service from him, and he is always polite. Today he saw that I was waiting for my food for a little bit and he checked on my food personally. He’s a great asset to the Dunkin’ Donuts team

I used to come this location all the time but the past year it really gone down hill with the staff and the service is given..it been super long wait times for coffee and donuts i’m just not going return to this location every again plus you are out of the Halloween bucket which was disappointing

The worst, most unorganized dunkin I've been to so far. Service took forever because they kept calling out individual items as they finished instead of just completing the order and calling out the order number. On top of that, the drink i ordered was absolutely awful, despite being the same drink I order at every other dunkin. Do yourself a favor and take the few extra minutes to get to another location because this one does not have it figured out.

I went to one of my favorite cafes and they told me I had to wait about 5 minutes, they would deliver it to me in my car after paying for it, I was in a hurry and it never arrived

Been a few times where they got my order wrong. Even this last time, I had repeated what I had gotten at the window and I still got the wrong food
Drove 40 minutes and they only had a few donuts and it's 5:00 pm . I asked if they were going to make more and they said that is it for today. Very inconvenience knowing that this is a donut place. Will not come to this location again.

Stopped there after church the woman that served us didn't impress at all but my biggest problem was she didn't separate the chocolate covered from any others so when we get ready to eat them we have to eat all of them with chocolate on them and the chocolate now on sides of the bag is all on your fingers! This problem could have been avoided with separating sheets!!!!

Dishonest, company, run by dishonest rude people, with the worst service I've ever seen. I've been to this place probably 20 times and never once had a good experience. The food is always terrible The staff is even worse, But the final straw was the dishonest nonsense they pulled today. They have a huge sign on their side stating if you order a coffee you can add it donut for a dollar. I ordered a large caramel macchiato, a sausage biscuit, and added a donut. The donut added almost $2. When I asked why no one could tell me why. Finally it was stated that the reason why I was because I ordered a more expensive coffee. The donut was only offered for $1 if you ordered the cheap coffee. To this I said "fine downgrade the coffee do a black coffee". Well of course this was way too much for the person working The register who had no idea how to do this. She couldn't provide me with a total, but told me to go around to the window and she would have it figured out by the time I got there. When I got to the window I tried to speak to her and she repeatedly closed the window in my face while talking. Not once not twice but more like 10 times in a row. I've never seen such a rude person in my life. I've never seen such a rude company in my life with such terrible food and even worse service. I will never allow anyone in my family to to purchase from Dunkin as far as I can control it. I made her refund the entire order and went across the street to Sonic instead where it was nearly half the cost for the same order... Minus the donut. Let's be realistic....dunkin' donuts are terrible anyway. It would have just been dry, without flavor, and tastes like it came out of a box that's been left open for several days anyway!
