The staff ALWAYS says we don't have any pennies when giving change and shorts you 2 to 3 pennies each time. Fine I understand however when the customer is one penny light they all of a sudden have .99 cents to give back, how is that possible ?????? I GO TO THIS LOCATION EVERY DAY BUT NEVER AGAIN. I don't know if that.is how they are trained or is it the math skills that have been taught. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!

Still a decent quick stop for breakfast..but prices keep slowly going up when its not justified.. thats annoying. And for the love of God...just take my card and stop passing me the card machine...im not tipping at a drive thru window.

I love Dunkin but I wish they had International Delight Creamer, or Coffee Mate Creamer, or any really good non dairy CREAMER. Because non dairy milk is NOT creamer.

I place a dunkin' order every single day same thing everyday but today I was extra special this morning and I ordered hot coffee instead of my normal iced and I want to give a huge shout out to Bella not only did she not make me feel bad about my order she remade it without hesitation and was super gracious about it she had a smile on her face at 6:00 am even when she had to fix my mistake.
Always consistent, but probably one of the slowest locations in Murfreesboro. Definitely need more staff for the influx of traffic through the area, especially during the weekdays.
