I have never had an issue with the food, but the manager (I believe her name is Tara) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very quick to argue and I have seen her belittle the employees as well. It seems like staff is always changing, and she may very well be the reason for that.

This store has no customer service skills. Their staff is so rude, especially the manager. I would give her name but she won’t tell me what it is. There are 6 other Duncan stores in Murfreesboro, I’ll visit one of the even if I have to go out of my way.

The works here are rude. When my friends and i walked in to order the worker got our order wrong which was fine. She then told us we could keep it or throw it away and we just decided we would try them and see which one we liked more, the worker proceeded to grab our drinks from over the counter and throw them away. They were taking other peoples order before they finished our order after THEY messed it up. I will never come here again.

Stopped in at 8:05 p.m. they close a 9:00 p.m. and they didn't have a single donut for sale. They were mopping and cleaning. You would think this might be a good place to put a donut shop. I guess closing at 9 means close at 8. If I were to remove all the main products from the store I work for an hour before close I would not have a job the next day. Sad what retail has come to. I will not return.
