This store has no customer service skills. Their staff is so rude, especially the manager. I would give her name but she won’t tell me what it is. There are 6 other Duncan stores in Murfreesboro, I’ll visit one of the even if I have to go out of my way.

The works here are rude. When my friends and i walked in to order the worker got our order wrong which was fine. She then told us we could keep it or throw it away and we just decided we would try them and see which one we liked more, the worker proceeded to grab our drinks from over the counter and throw them away. They were taking other peoples order before they finished our order after THEY messed it up. I will never come here again.

Stopped in at 8:05 p.m. they close a 9:00 p.m. and they didn't have a single donut for sale. They were mopping and cleaning. You would think this might be a good place to put a donut shop. I guess closing at 9 means close at 8. If I were to remove all the main products from the store I work for an hour before close I would not have a job the next day. Sad what retail has come to. I will not return.

Go here multiple times a week. Started great now lately has been horrible. Get the same thing everytime. 4 out of 5 times it’s wrong anymore. Ask for the same thing made the same way everytime and most of the time now it’s pure coffee with zero cream and sugar. I get it im complaining about Dunkin Donuts but I feel like it’s such a simple task. And for the fact I can go to any other one in town and have no issues. I just go to this one hoping it’s going to be good because it’s right by my house.

The drive thru cashiers at this location are always rude as hell and they rush you with your order. Every time this same thing happens. No one wants to deal with this every morning. Don’t like your job? Quit! The customers didn’t do anything to you sweethearts. I’m done going to this location.
