Manager is rude and will ignore you even after being told by her DM that she needs to speak to you. Orders take FOREVER, and they "misplace" your mobile order. Stay far away.
The Dunkin Donuts on Rutherford is notorious for messing up orders.
This store is ridiculously slow. not sure if they are understaffed or its poor management planning but I advise you to pass them up if it's during morning rush and go somewhere else. Alot of the employees have no what you are asking for when ordering coffee either.
