Pathetic drive thru experience. I watched the car in front of me wait 5 minutes just to order a regular iced coffee, and they waited at the window in front of me for such a long time I seriously became infuriated. I will never visit again, and I will in fact actively discourage people from visiting this location. Seriously ruined my morning. I waited myself at the window for another ten minutes for six donuts. Absurd.

3 employees working. 2 were doing something. The other, which appeared to be the shift leader due to barking orders to another one. Not 1 of them acknowledged me upon entering the shop. Sat for a few mintues and eventually walked out and went elsewhere. Terrible service

I come here everyday because itâs the only coffee place I pass on my way to work, unfortunately. Every single day, itâs some bs. The employees are typically pretty nice but they must be understaffed. It always takes way, way too long to get my order. Every day. Please hire more people.

I ordered the Lava Cake Signature Latte (hot), which is get on the regular at the 5619 Franklin Road location. You would think I should know exactly what it tastes like since its one of my favs, besides the Carmel or Cocoa Moca. I have my go toes. Today was all the way off. The latte was not a latte it was pure water and plain creamer, with no taste. This is my second time coming to this location and being disappointed. I thought I could give them another try since its on my way to the office. I'll just still to my Franklin Rd location. Their service is superb!!!

We sat in line in the drive through for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. When we asked if they were working, they said they would be with us soon. When we told them they could have acknowledged us, they said that they were sorry we were so impatient and they refused us service.
My favorite place to get Coffee. I also ordered, bacon egg, and cheese on sourdough .

Someone needs to call corporate!! Only dunkin in Murfreesboro u will sit in line for 30 min just to receive a watered down coffee . When u try to call the manager and tell them whatâs going on u get no response.
