Pathetic drive thru experience. I watched the car in front of me wait 5 minutes just to order a regular iced coffee, and they waited at the window in front of me for such a long time I seriously became infuriated. I will never visit again, and I will in fact actively discourage people from visiting this location. Seriously ruined my morning. I waited myself at the window for another ten minutes for six donuts. Absurd.

3 employees working. 2 were doing something. The other, which appeared to be the shift leader due to barking orders to another one. Not 1 of them acknowledged me upon entering the shop. Sat for a few mintues and eventually walked out and went elsewhere. Terrible service

I come here everyday because itâs the only coffee place I pass on my way to work, unfortunately. Every single day, itâs some bs. The employees are typically pretty nice but they must be understaffed. It always takes way, way too long to get my order. Every day. Please hire more people.

We sat in line in the drive through for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. When we asked if they were working, they said they would be with us soon. When we told them they could have acknowledged us, they said that they were sorry we were so impatient and they refused us service.

30 mins sitting in line!! Before I even got to the speaker! Multiple cars leaving! If I hadnât already ordered with the app,I would have left!! I was told there wasnât a way for them to just cancel your order. Do better! Late to work!

Someone needs to call corporate!! Only dunkin in Murfreesboro u will sit in line for 30 min just to receive a watered down coffee . When u try to call the manager and tell them whatâs going on u get no response. Wasnât going to leave a bad review but went back 2 days later just for the SAME thing to happen honestly This place is really going down in the last couple of months. Dutch Bros it is!

This Dunkin is always super slow plus when you order drinks with less ice they donât fill the cup up the whole way. I know it says that they arenât supposed to butâŠâŠ NO OTHER DUNKIN IN MURFREESBORO DOES THAT?! If Iâm paying $8 for a coffee please give me the whole coffee with less ice!

My son & I went inside to get donuts and eat inside. We waited at least 10 minutes before even getting a person to say hi. The man before us walked in couple minutes before us and still didnât order until we did. There was no apologies for the wait and the staff helping still wasnât nice. We usually always go to the other dunkin on Memorial, and I made this mistake of coming here today. I will not be back at this location. Donuts were still good, but customer service and time was awful.
