Easily the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Nasty and employees that don’t care about anything. Both coffees were wrong, food was burnt. Don’t waste your money here.

Messed up my food AND drink 3 different times while I went through the drive through. On the 3rd time I finally just asked for a refund and the manager on duty seemed completely inconvenienced by me. Told me it would be difficult to refund me in cash even tho I just paid in cash. I questioned her then she closed the window and comes back with cash. Seems fishy to me. Never once did anybody apologize for messing up my stuff 3 times and I still left with nothing.

Two days in a row they got my order completely WRONG!!! Its not that hard to know your menu and get donuts correct. I asked for chocolate glazed and they give me chocolate frosted after i was asked if it was frosted and i told them no. Then today my gf ordered a half a dozen with three chocolate frosted and three chocolate glazed and got glazed donuts and chocolate glazed? I recommend this place if you enjoy your order messed up every time

This morning I ordered on the app which was a nitro cold sweet foam drink and avocado toast with bacon. The Dunkin Donuts on Memorial Blvd by the VA. I pulled to the window after a few minutes she came to the window but didn’t opened it up. I was sitting there for 10 minutes. I waved at another girl inside the store to ask about my order. She went to get my drink which didn’t have the foam on it. I told her what I had ordered in which she says really sarcastic she ordered it with foam. When she came back with my drink, she said there was only the two of them. She gave me my drink and after I pulled away, I seen it didn’t have ice. It tasted so bad I can’t drink it. I will be stopping at the other Dunkin Donuts. Just because there was two of them doesn’t mean you need to provide bad service.

This location wouldn't honor the deal on a free classic donut with a drink.I followed the directives of the app: ordered the "free" classic donut, picked the drink. Then I added a few other things to the cart. But the donut wasn't on my order when I checked out. I didn't notice until after I paid. I asked the cashier about it. She said I should have picked a donut then the donut would come off my order at the end. So since I no longer see the donut on my order, it seems to me that what she described should happen, happened. And I should still get a free donut. She turned it over to the manager. The manager wouldn't give me the donut either even though it was an app error and I had purchased the qualifying drink and then some.They should watch the customer service video "Give Them the Pickle". They lost a customer bc they wouldn't step outside of a script to make a customer happy over 1 doughnut. They were actually going to make me buy ANOTHER drink just to get a free donut... for which I already paid and qualified for!!! Very poor company representation and customer service.I want a refund of the money I paid for the coffee that was supposed to yield an accompanying donut.The virtual chat tried to give me points for the incident but that is only helpful if I go back. I don't want to go back. I also don't want to spend time trying to figure out if those points equal what I'm due.I ended up going down the street to Donut Country and was willing to pay more for the donut I was supposed to get free from dunkin just because Donut Country is respectful and offer good customer service as well as tasty doughnuts.I can at least thank dunkin for pointing me towards a better place to get donuts. Without having been disappointed by this incident, I wouldn't have investigated Donut Country 3 blocks down the road. They also have a drive through and as I said, great service. I'll be going there from now on.

I love going to Dunkin and this is usually my normal location to go to that is on my way to work. The service here is horrible. The girls are not very nice and never say thank you. Management needs to have some customer service training. Today my food was cold which was disappointing. I have to go out of my way to go to another location in Seigel area just not to feel like the workers don’t get me in a bad mood. I went couple days ago and went inside and the girl must had been mopping and there was no slippery sign out I nearly fell but caught my self at the counter which hurt my hand. The girl just looked at me didn’t even ask if I was ok. This is unacceptable!! My hope is management will have some meetings and training for these girls and things will change!

Will never return to this Dunkin. Hands down the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. This morning when I ordered food, I was informed the item I wanted was no longer available and when I asked "why is it on the menu" jokingly...someone came over the speaker and yelled at me that they didn't have control over the board menu. Then at the drive thru window I was being made fun of by the workers in the background for saying "damn chill" in response to being yelled at. I'm not one to ever even leave a review but I downloaded this just to prove how terrible this customer service was. There are plenty other locations nearby to deal with this kind of thing.

Didn't get my breakfast sandwich on the first order, and the second order was burnt, and then another idk how long to get one not burt as much. The other customers were great and the music was interesting. No tvs so that was a plus for me.
