Customer service is alrightThey seem to always be understaffed which leads to long wait timesSome of their machines have been broken for 5 months!The starbucks at the Library is much better, and worth the wait

Never got my food. When I told them they wouldn't even check on it or make it.
This dunkin is located inside of the MTSU campus. I went there to get a coffee, and the two employees were sitting outside of the counter and seemed wouldn't want to move their butts, the coffee was cold and the employees were so sloppy. I didn't get it why they were there ? MTSU should supervise them the shop really hurt MTSU spirit.
Today I ordered 3 medium mocha iced lattes, I got hot small lattes and it isnt even good, and the customer service is horrible, the guy at the front was very rude and got our orders wrong too, wouldn't recommend.
Can't even order food. They close at 5, and it was only 3 pm.
Coffee is not good and I regularly drink DD coffee. Only been there once and they did replace my cup with another, from the same pot, but it was just as bad. Apparently they need to be more diligent about following DD protocol.

This place is the worst. It's 7:30 and they aren't open when they should have opened at 7:00. They take forever when they are open. Go to one off campus

the workers probably should not be working here. There is another Dunkin off of campus less than a mile away. Go there.
On campus Dunkin is horrible they always mess up orders and give attitude when you ask for the right order. How hard is it to make a coffee w just cream?? They ended up putting Splenda in my coffee.
The food is good - standard Dunkin food. But the service is always slow - even when there is no line. Also​, I have to drink decaf for health reasons, and even though the menu says that all coffee and espresso drinks are available in decaf, the employees say they're not.
Good stuff! (Just make sure they get your order right!)
Havent been there yet moved away from thw boro was always lost without dunkin coffee there having to go all the way to symnra last time i was there so excited tp come home and what . Perk this is for me lolim aucba dunkin.coffee junkie
