Time and time again the rude employees of this location never fail to completely screw you out of paid additions to your meal/drink. Whenever you ask an employee to remedy the situation, somehow YOU are the one that is the problem. Me and my S.O. will NEVER be coming back. 1/5 stars.

I ordered an hour ahead and carefully chose what I wanted, expecting everything to be ready on time. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, not only was it not ready, but they also gave us the wrong donutsâcompletely ignoring what I ordered. The staff was unorganized and didnât seem to care about the mistake. My husband had to accept the incorrect order because we were running late for an important meeting where we needed to bring the donuts. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on South Church Street.

They arenât making drinks correctly I got a Large white chocolate iced latte yesterday and the brown sugar bacon sandwhich the latte didnât have anything sweet about it. It was literally like drinking straight expresso with milk there was nothing chocolate about it I was highly disappointed the bacon on the sandwhich looked undercooked i ordered on the app and came through the drive thru but I kinda want a refund now because that was a waste of my time and money

Asked for light ice and got light product but full ice. I asked them to remove some of the ice bc if theyâre gonna leave an inch of room when you ask for light ice now, they should, you know, give you light ice and not light product. They take my cup back and dump out some of the ice and donât add any product back in so it has roughly the amount of coffee of a medium in there. They bring it back to me like this and say âthere you go, is that light enough ice for you?â I could only laugh and drive away bc I had an appointment to get to. I think Iâm done with Dunkin for good lol.

My food tasted freezer burnt and greasy at the same time. The biscuit was actually burnt and the chicken tasted like freezer. Hash browns tasted freezer burnt but tossed with Italian seasoning and grease. Cold brew was OK. It was lacking. Probably wouldnât get the food again. The donuts seem stale each time too.

Ordered off the app while in the drive thru line to get reward points. Was given an attitude at the speaker about how I âshouldâ place a mobile order ahead of time. Which makes no sense, as most orders are taken at the drive thru speaker anyways. Apparently they wanted to teach me a lesson and gave me 2 bagels that areâŠwellâŠuncooked doughâŠtake a look. ??
