Very inconsistent coffee and the staff almost always leaves an item out of the bag and I have to ask for it. It would be very cool if they actually read the receipts.

Disgusting inside, trash all over the floor, cashier took our order and walked away to take trash out. We sat for 10 minutes with no one making coffees, they had to ask for our receipt to make our coffee - which didn’t even have what we asked for. Rude workers, coffee still wrong.
Sometimes a friendly smile can make a world of difference! Thank you to the sweet girl working the window during the morning shift 9/21/23. Her "have a great day" was so heart felt. And my CHARLIE taste amazing

Their coffee selection is good and the app makes ordering so much easier. I like that i can create a favorite order so I dont have to rattle off specialty coffe with changes when I'm just waking up lol. Their donuts aren't bad. The sausage, egg and cheese croissant is quite tasty.

Pretty poor experience here because I ordered an iced coffee and it came straight out lukewarm. I tried my best to be grateful and manage the taste, but with it being warm, it simply tasted like watered down coffee. The service also made me feel rushed which led to an unpleasant atmosphere all around. It's not the best Dunkin', but I suppose it meets the requirements for a "fast food chain".
