Went to get a coffee. Rung my order up wrong. Then they had to brew me fresh coffee which is no problem. Well the girl was super rude. Went to take a drink of my coffee and it had two lids on it. And it spilled completely all over me. Do better Dunkin. Then when trying to call the manager they can not answer.

Ordered a sesame seed bagel (not toasted) with butter. Bummed they got my order wrong- gave me a plain bagel with butter slapped on.

Shitty service, orders are always wrong
Always slow in the mornings. I ordered a latte, but they only put oat milk in it and nothing else no espresso in it all.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes slow and sometimes not very friendly. They run out of donuts often. Like how is that possible??? When you get your food it’s usually good.

Well after waiting in line at the drive thru this morning for 30 minutes I get up to the order box and sit there for another five minutes and they come on and apologize for the wait and ask if they could help me. I start giving them my order and he says I'm sorry but we are not taking orders right now, you will need to order on the app and then come back around. WHAT?
Needless to say, I will never be back.

This location hates doordashers. When they see you at the pickup counter they will turn their backs and ignore you. You have to almost shout to get their attention.

We come through the store at least a couple of times per day, and have for the past 2 years. Almost every occasion we’ve had to go back through the store and get them to give us new coffee drinks, or even refund our money. There’s no consistency in the coffee is absolutely terrible at this store. We’ve even brought this to management attention multiple times on top of multiple times and still, they have the same issue. I’m not sure how this store is even open. Jacob has always been helpful to us and very polite, and has always remade the coffee without any question or hesitation. Honestly, America doesn’t run on this Dunkin’. We’re done!

I went there today and the service was horrible. The girl at the window with red hair was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Honestly this Dunkin is the worst one in Murfreesboro ALL of the employees are rude and the coffee isn’t good most of the time. It’s like yall are supposed to use 2 bags of coffee but somehow always end up using 6 so the coffee tastes horrible. On top of that the food is always cold and soggy. I will be going to the New Salem Dunkin from now on out. Please fire your whole staff and just start over.
