Trying to pick up a valid delivery order for Uber Eats to a customer.. the restaurant refused to fill the order. They wanted to close early and didn’t care about the customer AT ALL.

90% of the time they get something wrong or make you wait way too long, i dont know if its just the employees (not all of them) not caring or just something about how the store is being ran, but its not okay when on several occasions of getting a hot coffee it has been both filled up way too much as well as the lid not being secured. The food is good and the coffee is good, but only when its done right and in a timely manner

Edit: recently ive been coming through and they have had great service and have definitely improved, maybe it was just a bad day

Black Heart

Very unprofessional , no customer service care whatsoever. Came in order a hot black coffee even donated to the kids program. Stood there for 40 mins never got my coffee when I asked was ignored.

This store is apparently under new management, and there is no managing happening. No employee seems to know what the other one is doing. I always order walk-in to save time in the drive-through, but there’s nobody working the walk-in counter. There’s nobody that checks with customers on their name or accuracy of their order. My family has been visiting this Duncan for many many years because we live close by. After this morning‘s debacle, we’re not only did. We have to wait over 20 minutes for an order. I had placed well in advance, when we finally received our order, it was wrong. We will not go back to the store.

I don’t normally like to complain… but the past two times i’ve gone to dunkin, my HOT coffee has been handed to me room temperature. very upsetting!

I don't know how are cup of coffee can taste so different from any other dunkin in the area when ordered the same thing every time. You would think that they all use the same ingredients in the same region/ city. I can go to any other dunkin and the same cup is different. Does not make sense. I usually drive by this one on purpose. But if I don't give them a chance every now and then, I don't know if things have changed for the better.

Slowest drive thru. Consistently takes longer than walking inside which is not much better

Went to get a coffee. Rung my order up wrong. Then they had to brew me fresh coffee which is no problem. Well the girl was super rude. Went to take a drink of my coffee and it had two lids on it. And it spilled completely all over me. Do better Dunkin. Then when trying to call the manager they can not answer.
