I got my sister and I a matcha latte with sweet cold foam along with donut holes that tasted great. However, whoever made the drink did not fill the cup and thought they could just cover it with cold foam.

Friendly staff. Plenty of open seating with table and chairs.
Nice ambiance, comfortable temps inside, especially to combat the 90+ temps outside. Conveniently located off the highway.

I come here almost everyday and idk why anymore. They never get my order 100%. I always put less ice and get a whole cup of ice. I dont like my drink watered down. Today they forgot the vanilla I always get … so it tastes like dirt. Plus a cup full of ice again. Nun new there though…

Food was not edible and tasted old. Hash browns were really dry and burnt. Bacon egg and cheese croissant was burnt and had a burnt taste to it. Definitely will never order from this location again

I needed to talk with the manager about a work situation. In the middle of our conversation about the issue, she didn’t like what I had to say and she said, “ this conversation is over.” This young lady was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent to do that to me, an individual and customer. I spoke with the District manager and another manager of corporate about the situation and they kindly resolved it. Thank you to them. I suggest they fire this young lady, she does not know how to properly interact with individuals when a problem arise.

The food is OK for pre-packaged food. The coffee is good for dunking coffee. The staff at 5 AM are great. That's why I keep going back to this Dunkin.
