If I could give 0 stars I would. The Americano tasted like cigarette ashes, the avocado toast was handed to me without even a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning, and you all can see how the wake-up wrap went. See photo. DO BETTER.

The attitude is Beyond me, I do understand that certain locations don’t have certain products, but to make it into a big confusion and to ask me a question and then, when I explained the question you’re unbothered of like you don’t wanna be here to listen to it when you clearly asked me the question I didn’t tell you to accept this job offer so if you don’t like your job, go find another one.

They somehow always manage to mess up my delivery orders repeatedly. Ordered a chai latte and they literally forgot to put the espresso in it, I was stuck with a white cup of semi flavored milk. Ordered bagel minis, always forget to put them in the bag. Order a sandwich, somehow turns out black and burnt. How?

I went to try the bacon jam breakfast sandwich. It was really good. I could have eaten two. I also got the berry refresher. I was pleasantly surprised with it's taste. I really liked it. It wasn't over tart or sweet.

The best the customer service at any Dunkin! Lesliy was very friendly easy to place my order and understood my need for a special order.. The manager Aaron was great she overheard i had an allergy and made sure to step up and ask what it was . (Gluten) and she changed her gloves and prepped the area without being ask and without making it a big deal .
They are great 👍 .going above and beyond without being asked means a lot to a customer! Keep up the great customer service.

I come here every morning simply because its on my route . I spend $12-$20 daily . I decided to leave a review because valuing your customers is important . For the first time, I asked for light ice. Because its so much ice , by the time I make it 5 minutes away to my job, the drink is watery and sour .

I guess I pissed someone off because they added extra ice , no brown sugar syrup, and no whip cream!

Absolutely unacceptable. My wife has a severe dairy allergy, and nearly every single time we order from this Dunkin’, they put cheese on her sandwich—even though we clearly order it with NO CHEESE. This is not just a small mistake, it’s dangerous and could send her to the hospital.

It’s become such a consistent issue that we’ve stopped coming here, even though this location is only 1.2 miles from our house. Instead, we drive across town to another Dunkin’ that actually takes the order seriously.

Food allergies are not a joke. If a store can’t handle following simple order instructions, it shouldn’t be serving food. This location needs serious retraining and accountability.

Happened again today when I gave this location another chance due to time restraints. Yes cheese can be pulled of mostly BUT IT SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE.
