Very displeased after my expierience here this morning. Shoving a credit card machine in my face and continuing your conversation while you expect me to give you a tip for getting my order wrong, telling me it's right, finally realizing it's wrong, and lethargically fixing it. I don't drink coffee, my family does. Seems like everyone working here could use a cup.

Went through the drive thru last week and saw a very unpleasant thing, I was waiting on a drink and saw one of the male employees (was in a dark blue shirt, maybe a manager) wipe off excess whipped cream with his finger after putting a lid on it. This is very unhygienic and thank god I just got a refresher but I won't be back at this location. I have no idea if he or anyone else does anything else that isn’t sanitary on a regular basis. And if he is someone in charge that is not how you should be showing your staff how to do things, isn’t very leader like of him. The service wasn’t bad, they were really nice but I just don’t think that’s morally right.

The girl with the red hair had an attitude with my mother, for literally no reason and everyone was just on their phones in the back.
I usually never come to this location, but I chose it this time because I was on this side of town.. This place has always sucked and it was my mistake to give them another chance. Do better.

Horrible experience. A regular customer daily in the morning. Decided to switched it up and get the snackin’ bacon, looked nothing like the picture. It was served cold. Yes literally cold, I had to turn around and ask for refund. Staff said that some people prefer the cold. You have to ask for it to be hot. That’s crazy, a bunch a laziness is what it seems like. You can tell it’s the refrigerator brand bacon and they grab it out real quick and put it in the bag. I will never be back. Staff was so rude besides the guy.

Went there this morning before work. Said they were open to drive there and have three people inside just stare at me and wouldn’t say anything.

Beware of using the app. I placed an order using the app for pickup and when I got to the store, there was a sign stating the dining room was closed. I tried calling but nobody picked up. I just had to leave and lost my 10 dollar order. I might go back but I would never use the app again.

The morning crew is not pleasant. No one greeted me as I walked in nor spoke to me as I waited 10-15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my presence. While waiting no one said sorry we will be right with you, or sorry we are backed up this morning. The individual heating up food did not announce any order numbers as he walked out and plopped the bags on the counter.Several orders had to be sent back as they were wrong or lacked the full order. If I could give a negative star rating I would.A lady and child came in, and he was clearly excited about the donuts. She waited and ultimately left stating she would take him to the gas station to get a donut and her some coffee. This location needs some remedial training.

I had the worst experience ever at Dunkin 3250 Memorial Blvd Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The management is absolutely horrible. I placed an online pickup order for the drive thru. I arrived, waited a few minutes at the drive thru speaker, and never heard anything. Three cars were behind me, so eventually decided to go to the window. I saw one customer inside and two female employees walking back and forth, never looked at the window. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt. A few more minutes go by, no one ever looked at the window. I tapped my horn, nothing, called no answer. I can see my order on the rack. I called two more times, still no answer just went to voicemail. I pulled up to the front to go inside. I was waiting for this to be the last resort because I have my two of three children with me (one being a baby). At this point I’m disappointed, but willing to hear what’s the issue. I locked my doors and went inside, thankfully I can fully see my kids. The two girls were just standing around, no customers were inside aside from me now. I asked why no one came to the window and that I had been waiting on my online order. They just looked at me nonchalantly and said their headsets do not work. I did not get an apology or any action that showed they cared. So now I’m upset. I explained to them everything I went through and that I had to leave my two young children alone to come inside. There was no sign on the speaker, window, door, or anything. I can also see a clear video of the drive thru of cars stopping trying to order and pulling off, so they’re just watching and losing business because of the lack of communication. I asked if either of the girls were a manager, they said no, and I asked to speak with one. One girl never said anything the whole entire time, but she went to go get the “manager”. He comes out and said “what’s the name on the order”. I’m the only one inside, he didn’t introduce himself, apologized, gave any reason to the issue, or anything. He didn’t even do the bare minimum. He asked if I wanted a refund and did I want cash or back on my card. I’m shocked at his level of incapability to acknowledge my issue and concerns. I expressed that to him and that I want his name, manager’s name, and/or corporate’s number. He said “you can Google it”, and tried to hand me the cash. I’m speechless so he puts the cash on the counter. I expressed to him again he’s not resolving anything etc, and he said I can take it or he’ll call the cops. He then just walks off back to the back, and I’m waiting. The two girls both walk back. I preceded to call my husband(who is sleeping because he works nights), so he didn’t answer. I’m then on the phone with my mom to try and calm down and to have a witness to hear what’s going on. The girls come back, and I asked if the cops are coming or what is he going to do to resolve this issue. Also, during this time, there were three separate customers (two men and a woman) come and leave out because no one took their order. That’s more business that they didn’t get on top of the drive thru. The girl Devan finally apologized to me and said this was her 3rd day working, all staff had been fired, the manager is supposed to be training them, but he isn’t and doesn’t care. I said that’s all I was looking for was an explanation, to be heard, and a solution. I told her repeatedly I appreciated her apologizing. She asked if I wanted my order, she and the other girl got it for me. I asked for the manager’s name there and his managers name. She said his was Jimmy and the manager over him is Dan. This could have all been avoided. The manager should not be a manager as he either has no knowledge or just didn’t care to help me as a human. I love Dunkin, but will not be back at this location or at least until they get under new management. I will drive a few more minutes to the next location. This experience was completely unacceptable, and can’t imagine this is what Dunkin wants for any location of theirs. I am looking forward to hearing from someone about this issue as I pass this along.

Morning shift needs to figure it out. People standing at the counter waiting to order for nearly 15-20 minutes. I order before hand and still have to wait nearly 20 minutes before I get 1 coffee. I’d rather sit in my car in the drive through but that takes even
