I’m gonna be really honest the people that work here are very nice but I 1000% Do not understand why they even offer order ahead as an option. Every time I’ve ever ordered ahead you get there and they say we’ll start working on it right now 🤷♀️ what’s the point of online order ahead? I want to add that I did ask an employee if things had changed & she said “if we have customers here, we have to make their orders first. So, yes, we don’t make your order until you actually are here”. I hope this helps and saves someone their lunchtime. Because I’ve wasted mine coming here when I thought I ordered in advance, and I was still made to stand in line.

This is honestly the worst location. Hands down the worst. Last week it snowed I got there at 9:10 they put a sign out they were closing at 9:30 but they didn’t come up the cars. They didn’t shut the lanes down with cones (like normal) if they’re closing. I thought nothing of it because I had been there since 9:10 right. 9:30 comes around and they tell me I have to leave ??? There were 10 cars behind me and made all of us leave. I was waiting at least 20 minutes in line and was 2 cars away from the window. They didn’t come to any of the cars and tell anyone or take orders, they just let us sit there and then make us leave after waiting. Also they didn’t take orders in the snow but 2 weeks ago the poor girl stood there is POURING rain to take my order. She was soaked, not really sure the standards here but alright. Honestly just disappointed, the one on old fort is so much better.

Tried it for the first time and I'm only giving it 3 stars because the staff was great and kind but the coffee was too expensive and not anything to write home about. $6.00 for a large cup of coffee? Yea not worth the money. Like I said tho the staff was great so that saved it from a 1 star.

the baristas are doing an amazing job! ordered online and drinks were perfectly made despite 1) my handful of obnoxious modifiers and 2) the super long line that was racking up. line was fast too! great job baristas & happy holidays :)

Its a great drive through coffee shop. They are a company out of Oregon, and are so much better than the Seattle Washington competition we all know, lol! I may be a bit biased since grew up in Oregon and Tennessee, but Dutch Brothers Coffee is absolutely better than the competition. And they come from a dairy farm, so they have in house control over a lot of products they put in their Coffee.

I made a mobile ahead order when I was leaving my home which is approximately 13 minutes away from this location. I was told my order will be ready when I arrived by the app. This is the third time I’ve arrived to this location after placing a mobile order and they do not start making my order until I get there. When I asked them if this is common practice, they explained to me that they are not allowed to make mobile orders until the customer gets there. I explained it was a mobile order for the pick up window and the app stated I’m able to order ahead. I explained I’m also able to do this at any other location I’ve been to. The barista again told me they are not allowed to make my order and that there are a lot of variables which makes it too complicated for me to understand. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink order to be made. They had already made my chorizo wrap. Which is why I’m confused as to why they could not start my coffee order.My order was not done properly. The coffee was burnt and I don’t think they used the chocolate milk with my hazelnut truffle mocha. The staff is not very friendly. Sadly, I won’t be visiting this location again. I’ll be going out of my way to visit the Smyrna one off Enon Springs. They were the first in Rutherford County and are incredible.

Every single time I come here there is an extremely long wait and the staff does not seem to be in a hurry to get any orders out. Staff is often seen standing around socializing instead of helping customers. Ordering ahead is useless as your drink is NEVER ready when you arrive.
