The coffee is good and the prices are reasonable, but the benefits of ordering online are a little unclear. We ordered ahead and when we arrived at the store saw two lines that merged at the pickup window, one longer where a lady was taking orders and one that had a sign that said “Skip the line, order ahead”. Since we ordered ahead we got in that line and merged to the window. We were then told that next time even if we ordered ahead, we still had to wait in line and that the line takes priority over order ahead. So what is the point in ordering ahead because it seems like the only reason you would ever do that would be if you wanted watered down or cold coffee?

Used to come here all the time but unfortunately it's losing its spark it once had, me and my wife came in for 2 hot coffees the girl who took our order was extremely pushy it just felt like she was trying to make us leave. No big deal ,next up when we get to the window the order is wrong. Also no big deal they fixed it but the drink they gave us which was supposed to be an unwind was not an unwind it was just a black coffee with barely any flavor and no sugar whatsoever. I used to love this place it's a shame it's gone so downhill

Honestly the worst dutch bros in town. My husband ordered a large rebel electric berry with an extra shot of rebel. He gets one probably twice a week and said he got an extra sour shot instead. My white mocha was literally cold, not even warm and we waited 20 minutes for this order even though he was the only one at the walk up window. Youre better driving across town

Location is terrible . Drive thru took 40 minutes to get to the merge point where I just got out because I was over it . Do better with your drive thru orders

Coffee is usually good. The kids that work here are always good vibes and polite. It can be busy but moves fast enough

I am not a fan of this location. I can't seem to get the drinks correctly made. The energy drinks and coffee. I tend to stop at the nolnesville pike location on my way to work. I got the holiday cookie yesterday at Nolnesville and it was perfect like normal. I went to this location this morning and again not made correctly. For some reason the coffee always tastes sour at this location. Leaves a bad after taste in my mouth. I Guess when it comes to coffee in Murfreesboro Im going to have to stay with 7 Brew. Or try one of the other 2 locations.

I used to go here a lot. Will not be anymore. I’ve now had three orders in a row be wrong. I ask for a small mocha freeze and have been handed a white mocha each time. I don’t understand the incompetency to either be hearing a whole word i’m not saying and typing it into the system wrong or to be reading an extra word that isn’t on my order. I don’t get it, they are different in taste. It’s very frustrating, there aren’t any other dutch bros on my route so I just will not be returning.
