This is our second visit to this place. The first visit was about 2 months ago and it was just ok. Service was slow and the food was a bit cold. Decided to give it another shot this past weekend and oh my, what a difference! Food quality has improved, it looks like there is new staff with smiles on their faces. Wait time was still long at the door, but we got our food much faster than the first time. The new mimosa flavors were delish!
I asked to speak with the manager and she was very insightful to what has transpired in the past few months. Cassie our server was very sweet and I wanted to make sure the manager knew it. It looks like this place is getting better over time and we will definitely be back. They also have a private room that you can rent out. So I'll be doing that soon for a girls brunch!

I came in today as a first timer. What a great place! Well organized, food is delicious and the staff are right on point. The omelette I had was the perfect color and those home fries are addictive. I will definitely be back!!

Waited an hour and a half. Never got food and service was sub par at best. Server wasn’t friendly and we had to flag her down to even inquire about refills or why it was taking so long. Manager said they were short staffed but it wasn’t busy.

Today was my husband and I’s second time here and it’s only gotten better since our first visit a couple months ago! He got the steak and eggs and I got the southern staples, both of which were delicious and cooked perfectly. I also got a cold brew coffee and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had. Prices are very reasonable too. Every employee we spoke to was incredibly nice and attentive even though it was busy. Thank you all and can’t wait for our next visit!
This place could do so well but we just went at 9am on a Sunday and 1/4 of the place was full and about 20+ people waiting to be seated at the front. The lady that was suppose to be seating people didn’t make eye contact to even confirm we’d be helped. She got rude with other customers. We walked out after 15 minutes of waiting. We’ve been once before and the food was great- but they will continue to lose business with poor attitudes and customer service.

3rd visit to this Egg Up. First visit was great, 2nd visit was ok, food was ok nothing great. 3rd visit was ??. Service was good as the previous 2 visits, food was awful. French fries were cold, hamburger patties tasted like they had been soaking in warm salt water, we couldn’t eat it. Paid the bill and left, won’t be back.

Third time to eat here. Food is good. It was 12:45 on Sun. Was a 30 min wait even with 1/3 of tables empty. Waitress couldn't leave the gravy OFF of the biscuit that came with order, nor could she figure out how to add grits. Coffee tasted old/ burnt. They made a new pot and was fine. When I got the bill I was dbl charged for 1 meal. She did remove when I pointed it out. Average today
