Today my family came to Farmers to have dinner for my graduation. We have been coming here for ten years because we love the food and usually we love the service. Unfortunately, today we did not enjoy the service from one of the waitresses. However, before I discuss that let me talk about how amazing our waitress TAMMY was. She was kind, respectful, and treated us like family. Now, as for Ms. ERICA on the other hand, she needs to take a page out of an etiquette book and remember her manners! There were four of us at my table, so we had no room to place our dirty plates. So, I took it upon myself to place the dirty plates on the table beside us because it was DIRTY AND HAD TWO DIRTY PLATES ON IT. ERICA comes over and says, YOU CAN NOT PUT THESE PLATES HERE THIS IS SOMEONE’S TABLE! I said to her there are already dirty plates on the table and no one is sitting there, the gentleman had already left. She says to me YOU CANT PUT THIS HERE, DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT ILL GET THW PLATES! ERICA was rude, disrespectful, and after exchanging words with me she proceeded to go and chatter about the incident to her coworkers while divining dirty looks at me and my family. FIRST, as a waitress why are you addressing me about A ALREADY DIRTY TABLE? SECOND, the manager SANDY was useless as my Mother went to explain the situation SANDY did not apologize for her employee’s actions, in fact she cut my mother off and said SHE ALREADY SPOKE TO ERICA ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. Which leaves me at THIRD, how did she speak to her unless ERICA went and told her a false version of what transpired. It is in my experience that the manager will apologize for the incident, but and that’s in the establishments that aren’t built solely on the basis of being a Christian establishment or using the motto “Come as guests, leave as FAMILY” . Will I come back to farmers, yes. However, they need to revamp the hiring process because simply playing Christian music and having associates full of hell is honestly INSANE! If you go back ask for TAMMY, she’s great we loved her! As for ERICA and SANDY …. DO BETTER, I mean this is a “Christian” restaurant right?

**Southern Comfort: A Taste of Tradition**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Southern Comfort is a delightful journey into the heart of Southern cuisine. From the moment you step in, the ambiance whisks you away to a cozy, rustic charm that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.Starting with appetizers, the fried green tomatoes were a crispy delight, perfectly complemented by a tangy remoulade sauce. The shrimp and grits were a standout, showcasing creamy, well-seasoned grits with plump, succulent shrimp cooked to perfection.Moving on to the mains, the fried chicken stole the show. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, it's a testament to Southern culinary prowess. Pair it with their fluffy buttermilk biscuits and you're in comfort food heaven. The dessert selection is equally impressive. The pecan pie was a decadent treat, with a buttery crust and a rich, gooey filling that had just the right amount of sweetness.Service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality and portion sizes justify the cost.In conclusion, Southern Comfort delivers a taste of tradition with flair. It's a place where flavors come alive, and every bite tells a story of culinary expertise. A solid 4-star dining destination for anyone craving authentic Southern fare.

Horrible food! Every time I've gone I've had horrible food poisoning. The restaurant is visibly dirty and all the food is either old, wet, or nearing expiration. They're all either boxed, canned, or even being a tv-dinner.The restaurant smells awful, the tables are sticky, plates dirty, and even the drinks taste stale or dirty.Tried it in 2011, 2012, 2016, and even 2023 and every time it's been bad! I thought a DECADE would allow for some improvement, but the puking never stops!DO NOT GO!

I would not even give this place a one star , but I had to so I could write this review. Do not eat here unless you want horrible food poisoning!!!!! My husband and his friend ate here two days ago and the fried chicken was raw with blood coming out off it , it stunk so bad they immediately started to gag ! It was too late I guess they got enough in their bodies because they got terribly sick after 15 minutes. Everyone acted like it was ok , Chicken is supposed to squirt blood and smell like a dead body. Now I’m going to have hospital bills who knows how much!!! If this was a child or someone with autoimmune issues they would have died. Farmers you need to educate yourself and your cooks on food safety and how to cook and prepare food safely, before someone gets even sicker and not might make it thru .

Had a woman that worked there scream at me from across the restaurant. All because I wanted some ice cream.
