Hadn't seen a Fazolis in years used to eat here often back home in Las Vegas NV. Saw it when I searched for restaurants near me on Google maps and had to get some. The guy working drive thru who seemed like he might have been a manager was very professional and provided good customer service. The food was pretty good but the portions left something to be desired. We got the baked lasagna the chicken Alfredo and the kids pizza meal as well as an order of the cinnamon swirl bread stick bites and it was barely enough to satisfy my 6 years old sons appetite. Not sure if this is an issue with this location or if the company as a whole is either going broke or maybe they have just become that greedy. I would not recommend this place at all. Which is a real shame because I really used to enjoy eating here.

We love this place!! Oh my goodness, their lunch deals are amazing and you get big servings of everything! I got the luncheon fettuccine with a salad and drink. My husband got the luncheon spaghetti with a salad and drink. For 7.99 each (including breadsticks) you can’t beat the deal!

It was about 7:45pm when our family got to Fazoli's. My in-car thermometer said the outside temp was 68 degrees...not bad at all. It was at LEAST 10 degrees colder when we entered the restaurant. While ordering we asked if it was possible to turn the heat on. The cashier, who was wearing a sweatshirt AND a nylon jacket, said no...that she wasn't allowed. When I pulled my debit card out to pay she quickly pointed at where I needed to swipe it and said "And then you choose the tip amount and finalize it." I must've been on auto-pilot because I did just that. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't tipped at all. We sat in the dining room to wait for our food. Three other tables were occupied. Everyone was talking about how cold it was inside - to others at their table and to other tables. When the cashier finally bought our food out I told her that I understood she wasn't allowed to turn the heat on but could she at least turn the air conditioner off. She said she'd ask but "probably not". An elderly couple two tables over immediately got up and left, leaving the majority of their meal behind. We were five minutes behind them. I've heard of some stores and eateries keeping their temperature set below the comfort zone so that folks don't dawdle. This was ridiculous though. It's hard to enjoy your food when you're shivering.

We usually like the food here. However, they have changed their menu which makes me wonder if they changed recipes too. Now very good this time. Disappointing!

Fazzolis is one of those places you either love or hate. I enjoy their food. This one the service was really good. Everyone was so friendly and atmosphere was very pleasant. The restraunt was clean and taken care of. If you like fazzollis this one is good.

Fazolis have always been one of my favorite fast food places because of the bread and baked spaghetti. I came in for my birthday after shopping. I was in a good mood, until I had an unpleasant encounter with Zackary Stanley, the manager. I had a coupon on the app for $5 off $15. There was no bar code. The cashier had to get Zach, after trying 10 minutes to override the coupon. Zach was irritated and asked to see my phone. He had to try several times. Afterwards he handed my phone back and huffed away. Later, and asked if something was wrong and I told him about his treatment towards me. He said that he was busy with drive through. I told him that I must be an inconvenience, as a dine in customer. He apologized and then he played the victim, claiming that I was aggressive. Wow! I'm at the table, eating, as he stood there arguing with me. He's a poor excuse of a manager!
