Cant believe it. Service was ok. Very clean. Worst subs ever. Got the new chicken parmesan meatball sub large and the steak and cheese medium 25.00!!! Chicken meatballs had no taste were way to firm overcooked it was like chewing on cardboard. Steak and cheese barely had any meat. The cost just blew me away especially the terrible quality!!

Bought four subs. Was barely any meat on all four of them......I requested bacon to be added on two of the subs....was never added....requested cucumbers on the third sub....was never added. Fourth sub was basically $10 worth of bread .. Poor service and extremely poor subs. Waste of money and was left disappointed and still hungry... definitely won't be going back.

You will never eat a sub from anyplace else. Firehouse subs are the best, and the employees are excellent. Since I discovered Firehouse, I will go nowhere else for a sub.

First time visiting Firehouse Subs. TERRIBLE location. hard to get into the parking lot. hard to see from the road... it's right there, too much stuff blocking the building. parking lot VERY SMALL.the service was awesome, the food was OK, I ordered a steak and cheese with no peppers. NO GREEN PEPPERS, NO HOT PEPPERS.. NO PEPPERS at all.. I got EXTRA PEPPERS.... come on a $13 sub and you can't get an order correct?it wasn't real busy. there were a few people there,,, maybe 8 or so. there is no need to ever return to firehouse subs. I mean they can't get a simple order correct.

My trip to firehouse on Monday everything was fine but I got a large smokehouse brisket and cheddar sub got home and there was no cheddar on the sub. That’s actually the first time I’ve had an order made wrong there bt I’ll start checking them before I leave now.

Order taker with purple hair simply was afraid to touch the computer screen to enter the order correctly, asked my wife 3 times, and still got it wrong, yes I did the survey no I won't use the free drink code!If he can't take order correctly and is afraid of touching things maybe he need a different job some place else
