Good burger, ridiculous prices. Yes, extra fries are nice but not for $58 for 3 burgers (1 was a small) and 3 fries (1 was a small). Crazy!

We walked into Five Guys yesterday, and as we were waiting for other family members to arrive, an organization with 20+ (wonderfully behaved and respectful) young men walked in front of us. We thought of going somewhere else, thinking that it would be a while before we were able to order, let alone get our food. I caught the attention of one of the employees at the pickup section, who was kind enough to speak to me in the midst of the crowd; he assured me that they strive to get everything out in around 15 minutes. Sure enough – in around that time– the whole group in front of us had been served and our order was ready. I wish I had gotten the names of the two young men at the pickup line who remained professional and pleasant even when a large group walked in suddenly. That kind of professionalism and kindness is rare and to be commended. For anyone in management who would like to know who they are, they were working on June 22, specifically between 11:30 and 11:50. The food was fine, but the demeanor of these two young men is what made the experience especially pleasant.

First time ever . Wasn't sure what to expect. The employee was helpful explaining the menu. First bite was a shock ! Best burger I've ever had. The shake was awesome ! I Will most definitely be back. This location has great parking , fast and friendly service and was clean.

The food tastes good, the staff are nice, they just dont understand cross contamination with food allergies. I don't fault them because I'm sure most people don't think about it. My 1 child and I are gluten free and have milk allergies. Everytime we have eaten here we have gotten sick which is likely cross contamination because my other child who can eat gluten and milk is completely fine. I don't fault the staff, nothing is malicious, just not a great location for people with food allergies.

If you order to go, check your order. Do NOT think that since their least expensive bacon cheeseburger is over $10.00 that it will be made correctly. My receipt was correct, but my burger was not made as the order was given. Of course I only noticed after I arrived home.
