I pre-ordered, days in advance, 3 cookies to be delivered to my wife for Valentine's Day. Placed through UE. Order was confirmed. I got alerts about the upcoming delivery as recent as 1 hour before the scheduled delivery. The last alert I received was at the time the delivery was scheduled, advising the order had been canceled because they were "too busy". So, you're too busy to prepare 3 cookies? Not the big fancy cookies, just 3 regular cookies. And then you want to wait until it's it time to deliver so I do not have the opportunity to arrange something else. I am out of town, so delivery service was the only option I had. Thanks the great service and putting forth an effort to making a memorable Valentine's Day surprise for my wife. I'm sure you could care less, but you've lost a customer forever.

The owner or manager (we aren’t sure which) is the real deal. So friendly, fixes problems without complaint, does really great art work. He’s the reason we keep coming back. One time our order information got lost. When we arrived to pick up the order he took down our address and delivered it to us instead of us having to wait. Highly recommend!!

We have ordered custom 16" round cookies for kids' birthdays and other special occasions. They have always done a great job making them despite our usually complicated special requests.They did an especially great job this last time. The young lady we worked with was great and got it exactly as requested. It was perfect. (I did not get her name however, or I would have her recognized.)In addition to the great service, the cookies are always good here. I assume they use the same icing at all franchise locations, but theirs seems to be better than some of the other locations in Nashville.The only downside is that we don't get the big cookies quite as often as we use to because they have gotten expensive. (What hasn't though?)Overall, definitely recommend!

We have had several cookie cakes from this location and have always been very happy with the quality and service. There was a mix up with our most recent order, and the manger and staff went above and beyond in multiple ways to make sure I had my order in time to leave to go out of town the next day. I cannot express how grateful I am for this accommodation and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for being a part of our celebrations!

We ordered a hammer head shark cake for my son's birthday, and when I tell you it was PERFECT it was perfect!!! It wasn't even offered and they knocked it out of the park. It was so cute and made my son so happy and I literally was so happy because where the heck else are you going to get a "rainbow m&m, hammerhead shark, cookie cake"? The customer service was amazing! The cake was flawless and we will be getting all the kids cakes there from now on!! Thank you so much!!

Love this place!!! The blue cotton candy ski is great for the kids or anyone who loves cotton candy. Strawberry cheesecake with real strawberry is the bomb!!! Definitely will be back. They one thing is the staff could be a little friendlier.

i asked the worker to heat up the cookie, he goes to the back for 2 seconds and comes back and hands me the bag and when i leave i realize the cookies are still cold & i went back in there and asked him to heat it up and when i went to go eat it, it crumpled and it was basically cookie dough. this place is trash. i don’t recommend.
