The lady that served us was so sweet and had a smile the entire time. The food was PHENOMENAL. We had corn Pupusas and also rice Pupusas. They were equally good. Extra cheesy. And the fried yucca was finger licking level. So glad we found this place. It will definitely be a local favorite.

I definitely wouldn't go back there. I placed an order at 10:00 AM for takeout, it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at 10:35 AM and they still hadn't started placing my order. They started until the moment I arrived to fry the chicken for my chicken buns. I ordered two orders. of empanadas and they only made me two empanadas. I definitely should have left at that moment but I didn't. The staff is too inefficient. Three people without a single customer for a single order.

My husband and I tried the Carne Deshilada and the chicken tacos along with the empanadas and queso con ayote (with garlic). Everything was very tasty, flavorful, fresh, and just delicious. We will definitely return.

Surprised my wife last night with pupusas; loroco and bean and cheese. At first bite she said these are authentic and taste like home. We will definitely be returning. I am only giving a 4 star review because we still need to try other items on the menu.

It's hard for me to give reviews like this to a new place, but too many things fell through the cracks here.I was underwhelmed from the beginning, so I slacked on photos; my apologies. We started with a few sodas, a horchata, and some waters. Our friends and their adult child joined us tonight. We ordered 4 pupusas to share plus another dessert sounding appetizer. We also ordered 4 entrees. The 4 pupusas came out, and they brought us 4 baskets so we could split the pupusas... But only 3 of them had paper in them. The pupusas were hot and flavorful. The slaw was great, too. The green sauce was hot without much flavor. The red sauce tasted like a raw tomato blended with water and nothing else.3 of our meals came out before we had even gotten through half of our pupusas, and that's when they told us they didn't have the bread for the 4th meal. We then had to ask for another menu to choose another meal. The burrito wasn't hot at all. The rice and beans on our plates were kind of lukewarm. The tortillas were screaming hot, though.Next out was the sweeter appetizer followed a bit later by the 4th entree. His beans were cold. The plates were really too small for the amount of food making it difficult to eat.The rest of the food was just... Meh. The beans were more flavorful than at other restaurants, but... They were cold.My churrasco was devoid of chimichurri. It came with tortillas but the plate did not present itself as a build a taco plate. On the way out, I went to the bathroom. The toilet was running. The toilet didn't flush (the handle wouldn't even move). Both soap dispensers (in a single bathroom) were empty.I hate to say it, but they probably won't last. I hope they improve quickly, as they'll need to if the want to survive for any time at all. I love El Salvadoran food and hope they can get their stuff together; until then, I'll drive to Smyrna.
