Not a fan of this Hardees I gave them so many chances, but the food is not all that great and the service ain’t either They need some happy faces & the food needs to be better.

We come to Hardee's on broad St they have a sign posted $5.99 bag lunches and we get charged $6.99 for small bag still not a bad deal right?! So today we go and now they trying to charge us $17 and change for 2 bag lunches and they had a whole attitude about asking why is was so much needles to say want be going back there! it's already false advertising when having a sign in the window stating 5.99 for bag lunch then to go up to 6.99 and never change your window signs

Honestly one of the worst experiences in my 35 years. Truly. Was over charged. Drink was not full - almost $4. Hash browns are not done - soggy and gross. Biscuits are so burnt you can’t eat them. No silverware. No napkins. No jelly. I asked for jelly. Waited over 10 minutes. Almost $25 wasted.

Really need to hire a manager. I probably watched 10 cars drive off. The drive through is the worst in town. Can’t say about the food because I never got waited on!!!

I didnt mind waiting on my fresh apple pies to cook. I did think it was pretty bad when the employee serving me smell so bad that I gagged and the person behind me had his nose covered. If you are going to allow your employees to work ask them to take a bath please!!! Also I ask to purchase 2 cups ONLY THE CUP NOTHING IN IT AND WAS CHARGED ALMOST 8 DOLLARS FOR EMPTY CUPS PER YHE LADY AT THE WINDOW as she walked to the front counter with her hair hanging half tied in people's food. I did have them remove the 8 dollar cups and went by the store and bought a whole pack of cups for 2 dollars!!!

Food was great and hot. The gravy bowl was full and the biscuits were fresh. Ricky is going to do great things with that store and get it back in order! I have seen a turn around in the last few weeks since he’s got the new position!

At the drive thru Jennifer has worked my order several times. She is always courteous, friendly and professional. Her concern for a good customer experience is genuine. She projects positivity and a feeling that she wants to be there. Any business would be blessed to have her as a representative.

i had a great experience here for breakfast one morning the biscuit was good and fresh! the breakfast burritos are great as well! Ricky the manager there definitely helped me out the 2 for 5 breakfast deal! i will be back!
