To whom it may concern Service was bad this morning. food ok the cashier at the window this morning had a very bad attitude slammed the window door shut very hateful with her mouth and rude please address this this was poor service we confronted her she was rude and she said she was in a hurry

Dirty, no hair nets or beard nets, found a beard hair in my food, and the service was awful, I tried calling to tell them that I didn’t appreciate the way the lead talked to me and they wouldn’t even put him on the phone

The food is always good here but the service not so much. They only focus on drive thru customers. I have a large family so I ordered through the app to give them time to make it and so I wouldn’t be there waiting long. It just so happened that today I had to wait 30-45 minutes when I ordered ahead!!!! Terrible experience! All customers should matter not just those in drive thru. I know how chains work they push for their drive thru numbers to be low but what about the customers who are inside. Even customers inside felt bad for me having that experience but do you think management apologized or tried to help. Not at all!

Food always served fresh off the grill and fryer for orders place at curb or in store. Very fast ?♂️ service and clean environment to eat inside restaurant. Funny staff and polite

I go through the drive-thru several times a week at this location and the service is always very professional and courteous. Daniel has been there for quite some time and is always exceptional.
When my mom and I went to get breakfast this mornin, the child working the register was very rude and disrespectful to my mom we ordered our food with drinks and when went over to get our drinks all of the fountain machines had zero carbonation and when my mom and were talking about it she said oh I should have told you the soda machine was down didn’t offer any replacement drinks or substitutions or anything when we opened out food y mom had an issue with her order and went to communicate the issue and the girl at the register was like “the manager made your food you can talk to him about it if you have an issue with it” I told one of the other employees that I would like to speak to the manager and explained to him I didn’t think it was appropriate the way that girl at the register was communicating and that it definitely wasn’t good customer service

Great services but when u pay for large u get a small and when u say gravy on the side and u put it in a bowl that means fill the bowl up!!!!
