I sat in here to waste time, and it ended up being about 2 hours and not one person came out to clean up the floors or wiped down the tables
For the prices they charge they should and could keep it clean.
There were 5 guys working, doing a lot of nothing , burping loudly WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE THERE ‼️
In my opinion, it could have been, and should have been clean 🤔

Stopped by on a whim on Feb 26, 2025, wishwd I hadn't. Team leader Willam was not the most friendly person. No ketchup available, nothing communicated about that. This pic is the BIG hot ham & cheese. Only BIG thing about was the bread.

Terrible customer service. Food was wrong and when brought to the attention of the cashier, she became argumentative and very rude about it. She claimed it was correct and then stared at my wife in a very threatening and hateful manner. Very uncomfortable experience and will not be back. Ada has zero customer service skills. 04 Feb, 2025. 9:45 am.

I'm being generous as we came in late (9:30 and they close at 10). But this was a terrible visit. Ordered 3 combo meals. The team member at the drive through never said a single word to us. Just passed drinks out the window without any indication of what they were. Then after a lengthy wait, he shoved the bag out the window, again without a word. I had to remind him that we had not paid for our food. He snatched my card out of my hand, ran it, then handed card back, shoved the window shut and walked off. The food was barely warm. I guess we inconvenienced them.

The food is consistently good, but it doesn't negate a negative experience. Came here and tried to order 2 for $5 breakfast. Was rudely told that bacon, egg and cheese was not included in this, despite the website including it for this exact location. Had I just ordered online for takeout I could have ordered this option for the price advertised. Either this is an issue with corporate or their staff is unaware. I understand being busy, but there's no reason to be combative when a customer questions something based on conflicting information. Especially when I tried to show the worker the advertising at the window.

Usually this location is great, today just awful. We arrived around 11 am…no biscuits, so we got the 5.99 bag….the food was cold and we were charged 6.99. The soda machine had no C02, so nothing was offered. The employee was quick to show us they had gone out and gotten bottled Coke for the employees. Sam’s is right behind this location, they could have gotten drinks to offer customers.

Went in the middle of the day on a Monday. Just a little bit after 12 noon.
Didn't think the place was open for a few minutes and notice 2 people moving inside. It took 20 minutes for them to prepare a number one combo, and it was still cold!!! The Sprite I ordered tasted like it had been in the cup for hours.
How are you still open!!!

Under no circumstances should you ever visit this location, especially if Myleka S is serving you. She was extremely rude to my wife and son and was even being hostile towards her coworkers. This location has to do better, and it has to start with the immediate removal of Myleka S

I’ve definitely had better experiences at this location. The tables are very very dirty and there are a LOT of staff standing around talking. I can hear them clear out here eating. We weren’t asked if we were eating here so our food came out in a bag. Not a big deal. When our order was done I got a wave and a hey y’all. Hash browns were meh and warm. Chicken was really chewy. This experience sucked. But not uncommon anymore. Should of just made eggs at home lol
