Cashier was extremely lazy. Said window registers are down and we could come in if we wanted food. Every other fast food place I have ever been to can use the inside registers for the drive through. She just did not want to work. When we drove by she was leaned against the window looking down at her phone.

Slowly making my way back to hardees after multiple bad experiences. Guess I should have waited a few years longer. Ordered the advertised french onion burger. It did not come with the fried onions as advertised just a couple of potatoe chips smashed on the patty & a tiny slice of tomatoe. Definitely not made fresh cause as soon as i got to window it was ready. (That should have been my 1st clue) Burger was old looking & cold, the bun also cold, felt like they just took out of fridge. Fries were stale & cold. Hardees on church st n Murfreesboro, Tn is a joke. It will be another few more years before I even think about getting Hardees again.

They had one of the employees in the rest room for and hour and that didn't get orange juice. The food had hair in it because they don't wear hair nets

Ordered two large hot and cheese sandwiches. When they were opened,at the most had an 1/8;inch of ham. At $7 per sandwich this was pitiful.

Well, the food is all nice and secure but it took over 15 minutes to get my order. And the kids meal was missing the apple sauce and the burger without cheese had cheese on it. It was an order for 4. Shouldn’t have been that difficult since there was no one else even in line, but it tasted great.
