This review is about the stellar service we received recently at this IHOP restaurant. From the moment we were seated, the beautiful smile from our waitress Nikki made this visit so memorable in many ways. Her genuine concern for our dining experience was apparent - and this attitude was present with every guest she served.As we observed her throughout the meal, we noted how she took her time at each table, truly listening to each person's requests and offering suggestions when warranted. She held that wonderful smile as she gracefully moved from table to table, unruffled by requests or changes from her customers.I was so impressed with her level of service that I spoke with her at the end of the meal and told her what a wonderful person she is, serving each guest with great concern and a light that shines from within. Her wonderful love for serving others is a gift that she uses well and unsparingly.Please let her know how much she is appreciated by all who are privileged to be served by her.

I eat at this place all the time and I love it here. Today I come and place my family an order for dine in and the waitress was horrible. She didn't fulfill our order right first, I asked for the hit syrup it took her over 15 to bring it which she never did I had to get up and go request the syrup from another waitress and I also had to go to that same second waitress to request our 2 orders of potatoes. Our main waitress never came and checked to see if we needed refills or anything nor did she apologize for not fulfilling the order or bringing the syrup. Her service was a terrible experience and I would not recommend her again as my waitress. She just came to ask me if we needed to go boxes but wouldn't stop to see if we needed refills on drinks or anything. Please work with her on thr customer service end. She's going to everyone else's table seeing if they need anything but not ours for whatever reason. We have been very nice to her the whole time we've been in here. Next time I come I do not want this waitress.We ended up canceling the potatoes

It was Friday night and everywhere was slammed. We drove past and noticed hardly any cars at IHOP and I'm so glad we did. We were sat immediately and our waiter Anthony came over right away to get our drink orders. He kept them full and made sure we were happy. He was such a kind young man. He was friendly with the kids and he stood on his business. He was one of the best servers/waiters we've had in a long time. Thanks Anthony and IHOP the food was hot and fresh cooked just right. The only thing was the atmosphere could use some touch ups. ?
