It's Just Wings

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I spent almost 40 dollars on my meal and when Uber eats dropped it off. The order was wrong. I ordered bone in wings and fries. I got cold fries and boneless wings so hard you can break a window. I called the location and was put on hold because the young white female said they was closed. She placed me on hold then hung up the phone. This is unacceptable!! I'm a general manager and would fire my whole staff if this would've taken place. Customers work hard for their money and not to mention I used Uber eats which jacked the price up again. This is horrible and this the reason so many people don't eat out. Bad customer service!!

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Wings were not that good, I ordered Mango habanero and the sauce was in little cups on the side instead of the wings being coated in it and the wings needed to be cooked a little longer and seasoned better. Can't really say much about the service and atmosphere because it was delivered.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

gave my coworker completely raw chicken and customer service literally did not care

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Amazing food!!! Ordered the lemon pepper wing combo/fries and it was fresh and seasoned to perfection. Would highly recommend the fry sauce (chef’s kiss).

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
