Unless you have two hours to waste, don’t order with Uber Eats here. They took so long two of my drivers quit, and I had to call my third driver and see if he could contact the restaurant about canceling my order, because they spent about an hour and a half “preparing“ it. Waste of time.

I used to work here so here’s the scoop: They take a looooong time because they are always understaffed (usually just one cook and one fryer) and most employees stack off. Come in during the weekdays mornings til 2pm, those are the best hours with the best workers. Do not come in from 9pm to 11pm, team leads always say “sorry we’re doing shift change” just to make it easier on themselves/waiting for 3rd shift workers to come in late when they’re actually supposed to be open. They will not allow truck drivers to order during 3rd shift (the lobby is closed) because it’s a safety hazard.

1 person in front of us and no one behind, we waited 10 minutes at the window and they still messed up the order. Requested no ketchup and no mayo on 2 burgers, they still came with sauce on them. We also ordered a diet coke and got a dr pepper.

I'm originally from California where Jack in the box' is literally all over the place. Every time I order food here (been around 5 or 6x) it takes quite a little while to get my food (normally order about 8 or so tacos and a large curly fry in the morning after 3rd shift) but, whenever it does come out it's always nice and piping hot and fresh! Just doesn't seem to taste as good as California but, beggars can't be choosers. ? just happy to FINALLY have found one out here in Tennessee minutes from MTSU! ?

I give it 4 stars because the food is always fresh & hot when we get it. Now it can be a smidge slow here but I think it’s because they make everything to order.... and the store front could definitely use some updates or a really good cleaning. Other than that I love jack in the box! The spicy chicken sandwich add cheese with some curly fries & root beer to drink is amazing!

Ate here on a saturday night at 9:30. Order was made wrong, and my drink was left out. My mistake for not realizing I pulled away without my drink, but I hardly think I should be help responsible for that. I should add that the cook was outside smoking, and it was not busy. I was the only car in the drive thru.
I just want to know how y’all sell cheese sticks and not marinara sauce. Ranch is not made for cheese sticks.

Sorry for giving 1 star. I was a fan of jack in the box but when i went today 12/10/19 for breakfast no one opened the door. It suppose to be 24 hrs. At 6:30 am i was knocking at the door for 5 mnts but no one opened it and i can see a man inside doing something. I returned without food. Food is always good but the service today? Very disappointing.

Every time I’ve been there, they’ve had horrible customer service. I love jack in the box but I’m never coming back here because the workers have given me such bad attitudes. This time we got there at 9:30 and they told me to wait 15 minutes cuz they’re changing the drawers. We come back 15 mins later they said they’re no longer taking orders (even tho there were cars in front of us?) We told them we came back & they took our order, but then said the grill will take 15 mins to warm up. I feel like they just didn’t want to serve us??
