Disappointed. Drove all the way here to try the juice at this juice shop, but they were all out of juice. Tried the wild strawberry smoothie, with almond milk, however they only have dairy based yogurt. I didn’t love the smoothie, but it was cold and okay overall.

Customer service was a 10/10! She was quick, patient, informative and very nice.

I normally have a good experience when I go which is quite often. However, my last visit was not the best. My bowl was made incorrectly and I was not happy at all. I even tried to call, but no one answered. So, that visit was a waste of money.

This is NOT the first time I had an absolute horrible experience at this location! And they were MONTHS APART!!!
I ordered from the mobile app to pick up my order. I ordered a medium orange juice which was ridiculously priced for $11.99, 4 sandwiches and a couple other things. I went to pick them up only for them to tell me that of course their orange juicer is not working (which is often the case in this location) and they asked me to go to the app for a refund but that’s not an option on the app! So I showed the girl that helped me and she said ā€œwell I don’t know how to do a refund, do you want something else?ā€ So I ordered a different juice and it was way less in price but of course they ā€œdon’t knowā€ how to process a refund! So there goes my money! And the sandwichs were cold enough to feel the FROZEN sausage in them!!!! And NO! that WAS NOT the first time! So I really don’t understand what do you mean when I go to this location 8 months or so apart and they ā€œdon’t know how to process a refundā€ or this is just their way of stealing people’s money.
Horrible company that hires non competent people to serve simple stuff!
Will never ever go or order from this place ever again!!!

I came to Jamba for the 1st time totally by mistake. We were in Murfresboro for my son's graduaiton and we were about to hit the road so I was on going to get a coffee from Dunkin and I saw a drive thru I assumed it was dunkin but it was Jamba. I decided to look at the menu and I got a juice and added a energy shot and I wasn't I did not get tired on our way home Atlanta with my healthy smoothie. Great Job I will come again

Madilynn C. needs desperate help on her customer service and human interaction skills. And whoever was making smoothies on May 13 needs training on how to blend properly and how to make smoothies because mine tasted extremely off and was full of ice chunks. If I’m going to spend $9 on a smoothie I’d want it to at least taste decent.
