Went in for my first time and wanted something off the specialty menu. I asked for a recommendation on gelato and the cashier whom was very polite and friendly said the Oreo is a limited time and it is SO good. Paid $6.23 for basically plain vanilla soft serve…. If I wanted that I would’ve went to McDonald’s. I watched her make it and she only used 1 table spoon of Oreo crumbs and then only one machine for vanilla soft serve. I think she may have forgot the filling part as advertised. Disappointed. Only gets stars for how nice she was! Definitely thought this place was going to be a 10/10 but more like a 4/10.

The Italian ice is great in flavor and not too sweet to make you feel like they over do it. Prices are great for what you order and the rewards build up casually. Music they play is catchy and nostalgic.

The place is so cute! They are so nice! The worker was nice even though I couldn't decide what to get and waited for around ten minutes to decide. They got a good tip don't worry. The ice is so good and the soft serve is amazing!

I was not prepared for how much my husband and I would like this place! First off, the shaved ice is not just ice with syrup on top, this stuff is mixed in consistently. You can do shaved ice with soft serve ice cream or just one or the other. I originally thought I'd only want fruity flavors, but their cookies and cream flavor is as awesome too! My husband and I went two days in a row because we spent all day daydreaming about our next return. The prices were reasonable too.
