So, the sandwich was put together great, staff was very nice, and they even fulfilled my request of adding jalapeños. What I didn't know was that the seemingly innocent blonde lady on the grill went above and beyond my request. She must have thought I really liked jalapeños because my sandwich had more jalapeños than chicken. I still can't feel my tongue and I removed over half of them. There is no human on this planet that would nonchalantly want that many jalapeños on their sandwich. Not even a dragon from the depths of the deep abyss wants this many jalapeños. I'm not being facetious or exaggerating, there was more jalapeños than meat and cheese put together.

In conclusion, good food, friendly staff, but don't ask for jalapeños unless you are prepared for what you're asking. This is not a simple request. You will regret your decision and wonder if they deserve a good or bad review. Like I said, my request was happily fulfilled but at what cost? I'll truly never see jalapeños the same way again.

I placed an order in the app for take out. Our order was not ready until 25 minutes after the pick up time, one sandwich was completely wrong and the chicken philly had very little meat on it. We work in the restaurant industry and at one time manged a Jersey Mike's so we are pretty empathetic, but each experience just gets worse and worse each time at this location

I will say this was my favorite location up until the past 2-3 months. If you want a mayo with sandwich, this is your place. I ordered the turkey and provolone, it came with a bottle of mayo and 2 hours of heartburn. I dont even want to know how much this location pays to restock mayo on a monthly basis. I might try another location for awhile because my last few visits have not been the greatest.

UPDATE: management asked me to email them, but I never got a response to the email to make things right lol. So there's that.

Order 2 big kahunas with lettuce tomato & banana peppers Get home sandwich’s have nothing but
Meat & Cheese Maybe it meant someone would have to slice a tomato! Too expensive for order to be messed up . They stand around talking to each other instead of taking care of customers & their orders

Ordered a club sub which comes with bacon on it and didn’t receive bacon on it. The girl making the subs seemed like she was still in training and was clueless. Probably not her fault but whoever “trained” her. She never asked if we wanted mikes way or what we would like on the sub just started throwing random ingredients on it. The guy at the checkout section just stood there and watched her struggle instead of helping her out. Where’s the teamwork??? He also wore a mask so I could not hear him when he spoke but yet the mask was under his nose? So where does that even serve its purpose? It doesn’t. I’ve always ordered online and this was my first time in the store and needless to say it was awful. It seems there isn’t a place anymore that values customer service and I’m extremely disappointed with how this visit went. The cup lids were empty and we asked the guy with the mask for some and he just disappeared and a new much friendlier guy came to refill them. He was probably the only kind person in there. Do better and be a team. Management or cooperate needs a visit to this store and get a new crew.

so sad, looking forward to my amazing roastbeef sandwich. I paid extra for extra meat, if I'd hadn't I guess I wouldn't have had any meat. Asked for may and oil vinegar ...had neither! very disappointed in my $18 sandwich.

Jersey Mike's used to be the next tier above Subway but sandwiches have shrunken to the same size and kept the extra 7 dollar price.
