Jersey Mike’s is hands-down the best sandwich shop out there!
No comparison when it comes to the bread—it’s fresh, soft, and has that perfect chew that makes every bite better. The subs are always piled high with quality meats and toppings, but it’s the bread that really sets them apart from everyone else. Once you’ve had Jersey Mike’s, it’s hard to go back to any other sub shop.

Gavin, Jay and Darius were accommodating and professional about my order. I told all 3 young men I'd be sure to leave a positive reinforcement message that was more than well deserved. I rarely come across individuals that put customers first. These gentlemen did that!!! Thank you Gents!!!

The 3 stars are bc the food at this store is fresh, and the store itself is always clean. However, literally every time we put in an order they mess it up. When we get it delivered they don’t follow the special instructions so we don’t get what we ordered. If it had happened once or even twice we could deal with it, but it’s every time.

my husband went in person today to make sure we got what we want , he had to remind the person making the sandwiches not to put a certain topping on, meanwhile they’re dumping lettuce on all the sandwiches like there’s no tomorrow. His sub was meant to have tomatoes when he got home there were none, so we had to cut some up

This location is so close to getting everything right but unfortunately they aren’t very good at the details

We ordered the Italian and the Philly Cheesesteak. Both were fantastic...exactly as ordered, and made quickly. We'll definitely be back. p.s. - Your brownies are da BOMB!!

Tasty sandwiches...my only complaint is the chips selection. Sometimes my favorites are there, and sometimes they aren't.

Very good food. I love their chicken salad sandwich, their tuna salad sandwich, their chicken Kahuna sandwich, and a bunch of others. Very clean and fresh. Bravo, but don’t let my praises get to your heads and mess up. The only issue is that Jerseys-mikes is expensive 💵.

My son absolutely loves Jersey Mike's and we order frequently, mostly online. We have had minimal issues in the past and easy resolution to any concerns. Today I ordered delivery through the app (powered by doordash) and did not receive my order. First, I called the dasher number provided, and no answer. I then call the store to inquire about my order they said my order was picked up and probably on its way. Before I could I ask my next possible steps he hung up the phone. I waited about 10 more minutes, tried calling the dasher, no answer. So I call the store back, and male answer who I now know to be Kenneth (no last name because he is not required to tell me)I asked to speak with a manager which happened to be him. I explain the situation again, he is annoyed (deep sigh) as I can hear he is checking out a customer he asks me to hold on. He says the girl came in and asked for a charger he thinks her phone died. I wanted to know who do I contact about this happening is there a doordash number?! He was rude saying doesn't work for doordash (obviously, but you all partner with them)all he can do is refund it which will take 3-4 business days and then you can order again if you want! Yeah, because that would make sense?! He said well that's all I can do. He said I printed out the receipt it's been refunded is that all you needed? And then hung up! So, I hopped in my truck drove down to tell him about himself and get my receipt. Kenneth is rude and needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.
