Came in today, Monday morning, 1030 order the roast beef from provolone only to find out you’re out of roast beef, which seems to happen a lot. Also wanted pepper but most told you no longer carry pepper kind of strange. A lot of ups and downs here Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich shop but if this keeps up, I don’t mind going somewhere else.

The experience I had at Jersey Mikes Subs on South Church Street on June 1,2025 was terrible. My cousin and I were completely ignored by a gentleman with a nose ring and a woman worker. The individuals carried on a conversation for five minutes before acknowledging us. Once we decided to walk away, the gentleman hurried to greet us. Therefore, we proceeded to place our orders.
I asked the gentleman for extra meat for the inconvenience and he informed me that he already put extra meat on the sandwich. The next part is very disturbing. I assume the gentleman wanted to show me the extra meat he put on the sandwich, so he took a potion of the meat off the sandwich and placed it directly on the dirty counter! Then he had the genius idea to put it back on my sandwich! Thats the most disgusting thing you can do. Cross contamination! Not to mention the HUGE fly trapped in the bread box. That fly has been eating well for a few days! At this point I was disappointed with the service and lack of cleanliness, so we left Jersey Mikes Subs unhappy! We live in this area, so we were disappointed that we had to drive all the way to Jimmy John’s on Middle Tennessee to receive proper customer service! They were so nice and attentive! Do better Jersey Mikes!

Have never seen a more disgusting behind the counter place. Food & garbage covered the floor. It’s amazing they don’t gave rats, or maybe they do. And the soda machines weren’t working. Would give ZERO stars if it would let me.

The workers here were amazing and very considerate. Went in and it was the young lady with some piercings and a taller gentlemen with curly hair made the experience great! They alone makes this location my home location from now on.

Updating: Beware ordering pickup with multiple sandwiches. Ordered three sandwiches today and the app has a nifty little thing of naming the sandwiches by person. Not only did they mix up the toppings on the sandwiches, they also named them wrong. So we all three got the incorrect order and couldn't swap because we ate in different locations! Unbelievable! By the way, we've never had this trouble here before. We order from here quite often. I will say, their customer service on addressing mistakes is very good and appreciated!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. Best staff in murfreesboro by far, and even better sandwiches. The music is always perfect and the employees have wonderful personalities. My sandwich is always spot on and if it isn’t, they will absolutely make it right and make sure my hard earned money is going to something delicious and well deserved. Their tip jar is never full enough!
Vegetarian options: Veggie sub and portabella grill sub.
