Good food and people are nice but I can't understand why they can't make the sandwiches correctly. I ask for bacon and pepper relish and extra mayo and get no bacon, no pepper relish and barely any mayo. Not all the time but on a semi regular basis. I really don't want to have to open my sandwiches before I walk out.

I like their subs, but the slicer is always dirty, and I had to ask a worker to change out thrir gloves because he went from working the cash register, and then he started making my sub. Gross! The newest Jersey Mike's on Church Street is cleaner than the one on Old Fort, in my opinion.

My first time ever walking in at this restaurant at 8:30 and they told me they won’t make any sandwiches since it’s almost 9. You still have 30 minutes and the open sign is on. But they refused to make me a sandwich since they have 30 minutes left to go. What kind of business is this. If a business is open you shouldn’t refuse customers. I’d love to hear from the owner on this matter. I guess my money is no good.

Mabey I am bias for having to eat Jersey Mikes all the time because of my fathers enjoyment of there sandwiches, but this location is excellent, though that may be the newness. But 3 times now and excellent service and food, I would argue it is not coincidence.

Got our order wrong (twice) so we just gave up and took it as it was ?
I'm trying so hard to give this new location a chance because it's so close to my house. It's been open about a month and today was my 3rd visit there.All 3 times the bread was old.All 3 times the sweet tea was sour.First 2 visits no other customers in storeToday- 5 customers, and 5 workers.Today I paid for a large fountain drink. Not only was the tea sour, none of the softdrink dispensers were working, clear liquid was coming out of each one, no matter which one I pushed..The credit card machine asked me if I wanted to tip, and I did. Wish now that I hadn't, I didn't get a smile, a word, or even eye contact in return.I don't even expect an exceptional experience, a "decent" experience would be good enough ?♀️

I'm over this place. Iv gotten food 4 times from here since its opened. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. IT. HAS. BEEN. WRONG!!!!! The first time I chopped it up to being new and they needed to work the bugs out... ordered in person extra meat and cheese. PAID for extra meat and cheese. NEVER got extra meat and cheese. Ordered online. no peppers. GOT peppers. Ordered in person again. Ordered extra bacon. PAID for extra bacon. Never got it. Just got home from being there this time. Ordered extra cheese extra mushrooms and onions. Did not pay for the extras this time because it was never marked down for extra anything. The larger man (I'm assuming he's the manager. not sure because him and the cook both had on blue button down shirts) has taken my order everytime I have been in there. Iv had to repeat myself every single time even though I have told him everything he needed to know the FIRST time. In total, iv spent around $200 for all 4 orders that were ALL WRONG. Not anymore. This place will NEVER get anymore of my money. And YES, I will be warning everyone I know to NOT spend their money at this store. It's highly disappointing and frustrating spending all that money for incorrect orders!!!!DO BETTER!!!!

This place opened up and it was awesome. Now itnis a month or so later and it is a joke. Slow as heck service. Bacon isn't cooked, they are always out of this or that. Tonight they knly had one type of bread... look, you sell $20 sandwiches, you need to do better.
