Jersey Mike's Subs

I really do love Jersey Mike’s—the food is excellent and I’m usually a happy customer. That said, my recent online order experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered ahead thinking it would save time, but it actually took twice as long as ordering in person would have. The app gave a pickup time, yet my food wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after that. While I waited, about six walk-in customers ordered, got their food, and left before mine was done.
By the time I got home, the bowl was already cold. The app’s estimated pickup time felt misleading, and it was frustrating to see in-person orders prioritized over online ones. I’ll still keep coming back because the food is great, but the online ordering process definitely needs some improvement.

Jersey mikes has the best subs, we get the giant #8 and split it. Everything is fresh and done right in front of you, fast friendly service. Clean tables. Moderate price for a sandwich

I asked for a Gluten Free sub, and they did an amazing job wiping everything down, getting new knives and trays…they all washed their hands and changed gloves! The sub was amazing, and so was the service! I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!

I enjoy coming to this location because the workers are so kind, and my order is always correct. I witnessed an interaction with an upset customer, and the employees handled it very well. They're honestly great. 10/10

Staff was super friendly and fast. Food yummy as always. The guy with the silver cross necklace was really nice and even took precautions for my dairy intolerance without me asking. Very thoughtful!

Neil and the staff at Jersey Mike's on Memorial Blvd. did an amazing job catering and delivering a large food order for a local softball team. I could not have asked for a better experience. They made it extremely easy, the food was excellent, and the free delivery was perfect and on time. I am very grateful to this team for handling this catering order for me and making it super easy! I will definitely be calling again for future catering.

Stopped for a quick BLT, which isn't on the menu but is available. The service was good, the kitchen was fully staffed, and it was almost over staffed with 4 or 5 behind the counters.
Sandwich was good, although I wish it had been toasted. It wasn't offered and I didn't think about it.
Prices were reasonable, and the place was packed on that Saturday afternoon. I would go back without a doubt!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch on parmesan rosemary. Walked in to an empty store and knew something was just off. The employee was rude, and just handed me the sandwich without saying a word even after I thanked her. And yup my order was wrong, no bacon and they gave me wheat bread. I give up sandwich shops ran by teenagers.
