Their credit card machine was down, but they were super helpful and helped me order online and get my order very quickly to me. They definitely went above and beyond. I can’t remember the man’s name but he was as so helpful! Wanted to shoot him out :) he had brown hair and a scruffy beard.

I have ordered twice through the app and both times they get my order wrong.Staff in store is not very friendly and do not greet you bor make eye contact. Food is just "ok".Old Fort Pkwy/Hwy 96 location is WAY better. Stay away from Memorial Blvd

I love a Jersey Mike’s sandwich, but the last time two I’ve done an online order at this store I’ve ordered a Veggie Sandwich & both times when I’ve gotten back to work with my sandwich they’ve not put tomatoes on them. I thought the first time was a fluke, but it happened again today ? I need my tomatoes! Ha! The food is still really good & I’m happy with the service!

Emergency need! A friend called me late at night asking for food for a funeral. I was able to go to the Jersey Mike website and made an order.I arrived early. I am so grateful the order was ready. The gentleman helped me out to my car.

Desiree, Lily, Zach, Tyler, and Jeramiah took great care of us when we come in 10 min before close with a take out order. I’m gluten-free and Jersey Mike’s is always good at taking care of my intolerance! It’s the only chain sub spot I know of with GF bread.Dietary restrictions: Grateful for the gluten free bread option!
We ordered home delivery. Fast service. Great food. The sun was still at the correct temperature, which was amazing. I will be a repeat customer.

I was hesitant to come to this Jersey Mike's location because of the reviews. However, after I came, I was very pleased. Although young, the staff was on point. There were five of them, and they were all working in sync very well. They greeted me immediately. The sandwich was exactly what it should be, wonderful. I will be returning!
