Great customer service, especially since it was my first time ordering, and I had questions! The quality of pizza was not what I expected. The chessy bread and dessert pizza were not eatable. The pepperoni pizza was tolerated because we were very hungry.

Pizza was delicious.Easy could have been a 5 star if you add more toppings on. Very slim when it comes to the toppings but the crust was crispy like I like.

I stopped in to get lunch and Meek was super friendly and helpful. He told me Jetts makes their own crust and sauces (love the ranch!). My pizza was perfect! Jetts really does have the best deep dish pizza around! Thanks for great service, Meek!

terrible customer service. i ordered one pizza but they handed me two boxes and charged me for both. then the guy decided to take one of them back and then charged me another $15 in order to take the extra charge off? the guy asked me if i wanted the correct reciept then snatched the original one out of my hand. they told me to wait until i get the refund. i never did. called the manager. she told me the refund was already processed. she told me to wait for it. i never got my refund. terrible staff. they shouldnt be in business.
