My favorite pizza place in town. The 4 corner cajun crust pep is the winner. Super nice staff every time I go for pickup.

The place was really packed, line outside the door and the automated order system got my order wrong. Staff offered to remake it but I declined she was really nice and apologetic about it.

The WORST place to order pizza from. Everytime we order there is something missing or the order is incorrect. There are a dozen better pizza places in the area....don't waste your time with this place. Order Sals pizza instead.

Just FYI don't call or get there to order 30 min before closing, they don't take anymore orders 30 min prior closing...

Kayla desperately needs training in customer care. Absolutely refused to refund delivery fee when 1/3 of my dinner was not delivered. I was told that I could drive there and pick it up, or eat in an hour. She never even offered an apology for the missing food. When you pay for a service and the company fails to provide it, Kayla refuses to make it right. Keep it classy Jet's.Nope 3 weeks later, and they have blocked us from ordering online.

ordered 2 pizzas delivery from the hwy 96 store. got the confirmation email at 710pm with estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. it is now 850pm and still no pizza.

*** Missing a Pizza so half our family does not have dinner! *** Tonight we placed our order through the website, original delivery time was 1 hour. Part of our order arrived at an hour and 30+ minutes later. We called to try to turn the driver around, if he had it. First we were told they can’t do anything about door dash. But we did not order with door dash. Then we were told it was left on a table, they close soon and the driver will not be back in time to bring it (40mins before closing). We can go pick it up or be refunded. Tough luck on dinner. Not apologetic in the least. Plenty of other places to order from just extremely disappointed in a local business we have supported for years.

Well I called and placed an order to be picked up and when we got there they said they didn’t have an order for us so I went back and checked and made sure I called the right store and it was the right number. Just don’t understand how they can say I didn’t have an order when I actually called the store and talked to someone. I was going to go ahead and order there in the store but the price wasn’t ringing up right and the girl working didn’t seem to know anything. We ended up going to a papa johns

My daughter liked its crunchy ness and flavor. I order 1 the same and its beem made differently every time. I would like it the same every time. I guess it's always a different cook. I like mine and the rest love the 8 c orner pepperoni. Square one. We are lucky we are only blocks away from jets

Ordered a take out salad and they have no silverware to give with it. How do you eat a salad with no fork! Not the first time this happened but may be the last time it does.

I recently found out I've got some inflammatory autoimmune problems and gluten sensitive so been trying various pizza places for gluten friendly options. BY FAR (although pricey but SO worth it) Jet's ROCKS for both their gluten free crust and cauliflower crust options. I had my fav toppings on the cauliflower crust and made my own "cheesy bread" for the gluten free crust. OMG, yummy!! Finally found a go-to fav option when I'm craving good pizza!
