I ordered two veggie jet boats with extra pizza sauce but got two dry veggie boats. I live almost ten miles away and was on break from work when I got the order. I ended up at Pizza Hut for sauce who were very gracious and charged me nothing. Jetts employee gave me a very nonchalant attitude and refund. Customer Service at this location needs review from their franchise.

Ordered for the first time tonight because people tell me I have to. It was underwhelming to say the least. There wasn't anything special about the pizza. It looks pretty but isn't really worth the money. Got a medium for $20. I have had much much better pizza. Won't be ordering again.

EDIT: The general manager reached out and refunded the order. Very appreciative of that.
Placed an order at 4:30pm and they sub-contracted door dash then one of them cancelled the order, door dash said it was Jets and Jets said it was door dash. It's 6:30pm now and the door dash tracker just shows a car sitting at the restaurant. The Dasher texted saying he was waiting on the food but the restaurant said they have made it already.
Overall very poor experience.

I gave the wrong calzone it was supposed to be a Italian deli boat
I went inside the store about 12:30 PM to place a delivery order to be delivered at 4:00 PM to my home!!!! I get a text and it said the delivery was going to be at 4:44 pm!!!!
The guy whoanswered the phone said he thought I wanted it MADE at 4 PM. What a lame excuse. I will never go to this place again.
