This was our second time to tennessee and were skeptical about bbq (our first TN visit trying bbq was a fail). However, this place delivered with service and quality of food! Will definitely recommend 👌
I ordered dinner to have it delivered and the delivery guy picked up the wrong order. I contacted Jim and Nicks to see if by chance my order was still there and unfortunately it wasn’t. They went above and beyond…not only did they remake my order but the manager Joel hand delivered it to my front door himself. I want to say thank so much, my husband and I frequent this location to enjoy the great food and will definitely continue! Great customer service! Way to go Joel!
