There only one sandwich there I really like but I get it regularly.. wish they would widen delivery range a little I'm 2.5 miles up the same road they're on and they won't deliver :/

I went to the Jimmy John's on MIddle Tennessee and the service was terrible. The girl working the register messed my order up twice, I had to keep repeating my order to her. The lady that made my sandwich placed it on the counter with a napkin. "I said I would like it in a bag, she replied the bags are right there you can do it yourself." She had a nasty attitude. Since when do customers bag their own food?? We might as well make our own sandwich too. What sense does it make to have customers bag their own food when the people that GET PAID TO WORK THERE are suppose to do it??

Jimmy Johns has always been my go to Sandwich place whenever I'm hungry. I've tried Subway, Jersey Mike's and Firehouse subs but it's just not better. They really do have fresher ingredients than the rest.

The time is 11:52 p.m. on September 27th 2023 wednesday. I came in to the store about 10 minutes ago. I ordered my sandwich probably about 5 minutes before that. When I came in the guy in the beard had my sandwich already ready bagging and told me that he remembered that I like to come in quickly. The fact he was able to make my food so fast and that he remembered who I was and did his best to take really good care of me really impressed. But on top of that, he made my sandwich perfectly! The food was unbelievably good and the store looks clean. I just changed my Windstar review for the sstore to a five star. I highly recommend this Jimmy John's with their current staff!!!
