I got their double meat roast beef toasted sandwich. By far the best toasted sandwich and fresh ingredients I've got from any Sub shop. I hope they keep the toasted products

Dear Jimmy johns employee's, I wanna start this off by saying I am what you would call a regular JJ enthusiast. Jimmy Johns is a staple of my life and I will get a sandwich at any chance possible. However I have been pregnant for the last 7 months and all I want is my usual #14 but it is forbidden. So today after a hard 7 month I made the decision to order one but take off the deli meats, seeing this might be strange because at this point it's practically just a lettuce sandwich. I was hoping it would quench my yearning for the sandwich I love most, and for the most part it did. To my surprise though when my sandwich arrived it came with a note stating "blink twice if you need help" I didn't think anything of it a first but now I see you have cast judgement down upon me a mere pregnant woman and for this I must shame you... JK it was actually really funny and my coworker thought is was silly too, thanks for humbling me <3

We love Jimmy John’s and don’t live close so whenever we are in town, we go! We usually don’t have issues but whoever the guy was working today was rude and honestly just lazy. Because we drive so far with the food we ask if they can be “wrapped” to travel so all the ‘insides’ are in plastic and not touching the bread for the drive. We haven’t had any issues before and today we were told “it was too much work.” Our sandwiches are going to be soggy and we are disappointed.

Sometimes I miss your sandwiches enough to talk myself into ordering, even though I know it's going to be crazy slow delivery . The audacity to charge a $4.50 delivery fee to deliver two sandwiches but still not be able to get them to someone in under 45 minutes is crazy. I called the location today because it had been a full 42 minutes since I ordered and the tracker wasn't working. I was told that our food hadn't even left the shop yet. I paid almost $35 with tax and tip. You can either be expensive or you can be slow, but both at the same time is just a bad business model. I ended up cancelling the order. Total waste of time and food.
