This place was one of my favorite places when I stayed in Memphis, Tennessee, but however the one I've tried in Murfreesboro can't seem to get the sandwiches correct on a consistent basis. Once it's okay you try again then it's not okay. You try to bring it to their attention and sometimes they are receptive and sometimes they're not. So I'm going to give up on trying to eat there.

I was told by the GM “I spoke to the manager and he stated there is no lettuce on the sandwich, are you sure it is lettuce” I LAUGHED and told my husband that she told me the there was no lettuce on my sandwich! Ordered the Cubano-this sandwich does not come with lettuce. Everytime I order it, it comes with lettuce, therefore I started naming it - NO LETTUCE SANDWICH- well as you can see from the pictures below, that is most definitely lettuce!

One sandwich had an excessive amount of mayo, so much the wrapper was covered. The staff was not friendly, and all 3 employees stared at us as we walked in without speaking and continued until we spoke to them. ....sorry we interrupted your quiet evening but you knew we were coming since we placed the order on the app.
When I called to notify the manager about my problem, she suggested that if I order it again, eat it sooner...what.....lol

The Quest For Truth
The food is good, but they need better training when it comes to customer service. You always greet the customer when he/she walks in, don’t just stand behind the register and stare at the customer, greet the customers, make the customer feel welcome. The management must do a better job with training the employees on customer satisfaction.

I got their double meat roast beef toasted sandwich. By far the best toasted sandwich and fresh ingredients I've got from any Sub shop. I hope they keep the toasted products
