The food is good, but they need better training when it comes to customer service. You always greet the customer when he/she walks in, don’t just stand behind the register and stare at the customer, greet the customers, make the customer feel welcome. The management must do a better job with training the employees on customer satisfaction.

Dear Jimmy johns employee's, I wanna start this off by saying I am what you would call a regular JJ enthusiast. Jimmy Johns is a staple of my life and I will get a sandwich at any chance possible. However I have been pregnant for the last 7 months and all I want is my usual #14 but it is forbidden. So today after a hard 7 month I made the decision to order one but take off the deli meats, seeing this might be strange because at this point it's practically just a lettuce...
