Waited almost 15 minutes for my takeout order while the barista socialized with co workers. Had to go to the takeout window myself just to get my food. Once I actually got my food it was only like warm.

First visit. Great food! Loved playing on the little video game cabinet while we waited. My hot cocoa was way too hot but I'll just remember to ask for it to not be as hot next time. We'll definitely be back!

Went in with a friend for to-go coffees, and there was no line. However, we had to wait approximately 5 minutes while the barista socialized with a customer. Realizing that they were oblivious to our presence, we had to interrupt their conversation in order to place our order.We both wanted hot coffees. Sadly, we both got coffees that were barely lukewarm. We won't be going back to that location.
